Some major issues with front desk staff communication... reading other reviews this seems to be a common issue. I placed an order for a medication refill on Saturday and was told all was taken care of and that I should call in on Monday to confirm pickup date - called on Monday and the person who actually places the orders had no idea I even called or tried to order. Cut off is 1pm for ordering medicine which I missed because again I was never informed, so now my order is being placed 4 full days late. Was also told one business week was enough time to order refills and was later informed it will actually be up to 10 business days.... (This medication expires rather quickly so I cannot order too far in advance) For people who's pets require daily medications, I recommend calling two weeks in advance and calling back again the next day to make sure your order is actually placed... Will be looking into other vet clinics in the area, very disappointing as this place had been highly recommended. My pet requires this medication twice daily and I'm now facing the possibility of fully running out due to this confusion and lack of communication between the staff members. They didn't even offer the other brand of this medication which they carry in-house as a hold-over option until the correct brand arrives until I brought it up myself. The staff member I spoke to on Monday offered nothing to correct the situation only explained that her and the staff member from Saturday work opposite shifts so the best she can do is leave a note for the other staff member in hopes that this doesn't happen again. I'd like to use a stronger work but all I will say is.... Yikes. Read Less
