We have spent thousands of dollars there , We were happy with them , something has changed , We'll not be going back

Both our cats have been sick recently and Dr. Sarah has been amazing every time. We had to call the emergency line one night and she met us right away and stayed as long as we needed to talk things over and help answer all our questions. She never makes us feel rushed and helps us take the best care of our fur babies. Everyone else there has been amazing too, so kind and helpful. Thanks Steeples ❤️

My Rottweiler took a long road trip from Alberta to get ultrasounds done at Steeples due to his liver failing. The staff was amazing but most of all the Vet was very honest with her opinion and knowledge. She spoke about the conditions he might run into in the future as well as preventatives. This quality in a vet should be a standard expectations but it is hard to come by.
She wasn't able to cure my dog. But thats not her job. She was able to educate me on the condition my dog was in, relay the results of the testing and tell me the options without making me believe it's a life or death situation. I walked out of there feeling confident to rehabilitate my dogs health vs. Feeling the burden to spend more money on my dog. I've been to many vets for various specialties and pets. By far this has to be my best experience. Steeples is great! I hope to return :)

Was a terrible experience!Brought my sick ten year old dog in who was suffering from bloat,after x rays and ultrasound and blood work was told he had liver cancer and should be put down.Was made to feel like a neurotic old lady who loved her dog to much.There was no follow up,nothing to maybe make his last days better.Was never mentioned that it could be nodulat hyperplasia,which is serious but not malignant!Went to holistic vet who put him on some liver supporting herbs and a better diet than the crap that they push for dog food.I dont expect miracles,but my dog is doing much better.He is still with me and enjoying the rest of his life.Seems obvious that Sawatsky doesnt have that much interest in animals!And Dr. MIke really needs to work on his cageside manner!!Both are very insensitive.Would never go back!Seems to be all about the bucks!

By definition a testimonial is a certificate of character, conduct or qualifications. It is an expression of high esteem presented in a public forum.
We moved to Kimberley in 2006 from London Ontario and one of my biggest concerns was finding a Veterinarian for our, then at the time, white boxer with very special needs. I knew we had found the perfect fit when I first entered the doors of Steeples Animal Hospital in Cranbrook.
Since Daisys passing we have a new family member and have continued to benefit from the excellent services that Dr. Ruth Sawatsky, her assistants and front line staff offer. Youre always met with smiling faces, receive professional service and have ultimate confidence in diagnostics. There have been many times that Dr. Ruth has called me after hours to consult about test results, offer suggestions or just check up on her patient.
Our pets have always been an important part of our life and its so comforting to know that we have, what we consider to be, excellent Veterinary care. Thanks to all of you!

My Rottweiler took a long road trip from Alberta to get ultrasounds done at Steeples due to his liver failing. The staff was amazing but most of all the Vet was very honest with her opinion and knowledge. She spoke about the conditions he might run into in the future as well as preventatives. This quality in a vet should be a standard expectations but it is hard to come by.
She wasn't able to cure my dog. But thats not her job. She was able to educate me on the condition my dog was in, relay the results of the testing and tell me the options without making me believe it's a life or death situation.
