We recently moved here and they took care of our cat immediately when he needed stitches. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely be coming here for as long as we have pets.

This is a fantastic animal hospital. Vetranary Gillian Wiley really cares for animals and will be honest and upfront about treatment plans for your pet.
They also do not require up front deposits for treatment, unlike most places "Cental Island Vetranary Hospital on Aults Road".

I found the reception staff to be unprofessional, rude and uncaring. My dog went in for a teeth cleaning and came home with his left leg ACL reinjured. It took two days and four phone calls to get him...
I found the reception staff to be unprofessional, rude and uncaring. My dog went in for a teeth cleaning and came home with his left leg ACL reinjured. It took two days and four phone calls to get him an appointment to be seen. Their excuse for being rude was that I was upset and raised my voice on the phone. Go figure..

We just moved here from Vancouver and took our dog with a history of being fearful at the vets and sometimes a little bitey with them there. Everyone there was great with him and made him feel totally at ease. Very impressed with our experience, we plan on bringing all our pooches here now. Find wonderful new vet in duncan, check!

I have used Duncan Animal Hospital for the 4 years I have been in Duncan and Dr. Michael Hudson is the greatest! He is extremely intelligent when it comes to each individual animal, he covers any area one may question and is very gentle, caring, and compassionate with your pet as well as the owner. His staff is excellent in every way and the care they have given Samantha and Sophie exceeds my expectations.

I found a stray kitten last summer that was in poor shape . This was on a Sunday late afternoon. I called the hospital and was able to get a hold of one of there doctors. She came down to meet me at the hospital. She had to pack up three small children and bring them down with her. This Doctor was amazing she took care of the cat and said she would bring it to the shelter when she was healthy enough.
A truly good person.

We just moved here from Vancouver and took our dog with a history of being fearful at the vets and sometimes a little bitey with them there. Everyone there was great with him and made him feel totally at ease. Very impressed with our experience, we plan on bringing all our pooches here now. Find wonderful new vet in duncan, check!

He is extremely intelligent when it comes to each individual animal, he covers any area one may question and is very gentle, caring, and compassionate with your pet as well as the owner. His staff is excellent in every way and the care they have given Samantha and Sophie exceeds my expectations.

I found a stray kitten last summer that was in poor shape . This was on a Sunday late afternoon. I called the hospital and was able to get a hold of one of there doctors. She came down to meet me at the hospital. She had to pack up three small children and bring them down with her.
