Absolutely disgusting human being. I don't get how this man is still practicing, has any positive reviews, and hasn't been shut down. CVBC is doing an investigation for several complaints against him ...
Absolutely disgusting human being. I don't get how this man is still practicing, has any positive reviews, and hasn't been shut down. CVBC is doing an investigation for several complaints against him and he didn't cooperate so was fined. He will wipe his hands and move on, he doesn't care!!! You hear absolutely terrible things about this vet (Dr harpreet dhaliwal. The past owner jumped ship because of him as well as many staff members). When I went in the one time, the fish tank had about 3 inches of water in it and was absolutely disgusting. He can't even take care of fish let alone other animals. God knows what happens behind closed doors. Don't even get me started on his drinking problem, if you have any questions talk to the bar across the street he often goes to to grab a bottle on his lunch break

Despite the negative backlash at the beginning of 2020 left for this clinic, I wanted to give them a try while my main primary vet was closed. Dr.D was absolutely phenomenal and did a great job, and I actually got the answer I was looking for that I didn’t get with my primary clinic. The actual issue was found while I was at the clinic, and we’re now doing the treatment for it. They did thorough testing while I was there, and the prices were extremely fair. This place is amazing to say the least, and I will now be taking my exotic pets here as their primary clinic.

I want to say thanks to all the clinic staff and especially to the Dr. Dhaliwal. He treated our dog very well. During and after the neutering operation (which I was very worried and scared about) the nurse constantly kept me informed, telling how my dog was feeling (she called when his blood test was done, she called when he was put under anaesthetic, once the procedure ended etc.). Doctor is very attentive to both the patients and their owners. Despite his young age, the doctor is a professional. It is obvious that a person loves his job very much! The clinic is wonderful, all the staff are polite, attentive, the clinic is clean, with pleasant atmosphere. Me and my pet are very satisfied. Will definitely be back! 💕🥰💯

Our cat swallowed a sewing needle (she won't eat food off the floor but she'll eat metal when it falls on the floor. My wife even tried to fight it away from her and got scratched up). We took her here for surgery. I guess the price wasn't too bad considering and the cat has recovered well.

Hands down the best care for your furry friends in town. They are easy to get into, flexible, reasonably priced (and willing to give you all your options for cost) and most importantly; they LOVE animals. There is a separate entrance for the less "sociable" dogs which take away the stress of trying to get your pup into the room without incident. 10 stars!

I was able to get my kitty in to see the Dr. the day I called to make her appt. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating to my growly girl. The vet was very knowledgable and explained all my options to me in a non biased way which I greatly appreciated. I also found the prices to be very reasonable. Me and Rooby were very happy with this clinic.

Gentle Pet Clinic fit my baby dog in this morning and took awesome care of her. My dog had a swollen nose and was sick and even though we had to wait a bit for the vet since we were last minute; they checked my dogs breathing and temperature right way to make sure nothing was urgent. As we waited they continued to check in on us. Clifford is already feeling a bit better I really appreciate the care and attention she received from the gentle pet clinic staff.

I would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Udenberg who were very helpful when it came to having to put my beloved Zoey down on April 19th. Dr. Udenberg is very compassionate and made the decision less painful by explaining in great detail how much pain poor Zoey was in trying to breathe. It was a heartbreaking decision to make after having Zoey as a loved member of our family for 15 years; however, Dr. Udenberg walked me through the entire process and assured me that I was doing what was best for Zoey. Thank you, Dr.Udenberg for your care and compassion.

Everyone was so caring and kind to me and my 13 yr old lab/rottie cross(Kona ). Kona had suffered for years with an ear infection and I had paid thousands somewhere else to try and fix it. Seemed I was always getting medication for the generic type of bacteria while all this time she had two different types. Finally,mystery solved. Unfortunately a couple months later Kona died in her sleep,but at least she finally got a good quality of life and was free from ear infection.Everyone was so loving to her right down to the groomer lady!! Would highly recommend Gentle Pets to anyone and if I ever feel up to another dog I will definitely be doing business here!! RIP Kona,missing my hang out buddy

Dr.D was absolutely phenomenal and did a great job, and I actually got the answer I was looking for that I didn’t get with my primary clinic. Everyone was so caring and kind to me and my 13 yr old lab/rottie cross(Kona ). Kona had suffered for years with an ear infection and I had paid thousands somewhere else to try and fix it. Seemed I was always getting medication for the generic type of bacteria while all this time she had two different types. Finally,mystery solved. Unfortunately a couple months later Kona died in her sleep,but at least she finally got a good quality of life and was free from ear infection.Everyone was so loving to her right down to the groomer lady!! Would highly recommend Gentle Pets to anyone and if I ever feel up to another dog I will definitely be doing business here!! RIP Kona,missing my hang out buddy

Our 1 year old lab had a terrible ear infection, Dr Udenberg took the time to learn all about our boy and talk to us not only about his ears but overall health and training. His passion for animals is very evident. The support staff is always friendly and wonderful. We felt very safe leaving our baby with Gentle Pets. Thank you Dr Udenberg, Natasha, Marnie and Leah :)

We just moved to FSJ and were recommended to Gentle Pet Clinic. We are so happy we came here! Friendly & knowledgable staff, and most importantly, our dog was happy here! They were fantastic with him.
