Excellent vet. 2 thumbs up. Dr Kramer gave my 4 cats kind, professional care for many years. They all lived to 18, 19... a great age for a cat!! In their last months my furry family needed pills, diet changes, etc. Dr Kramer (and her staff) took time to help me be confident giving them palliative care at home. They lived good lives to the end. When their ends came, I was very grateful for Dr Kramer's love for animals, and her compassion for them, and for me. Thank you to the team at Beaver Valley Animal Clinic. Read Less

As I sit here tonight watching my elderly friend suffer, my heart breaks. This morning (25/1/2022) I phoned the beaver valley animal clinic for help and was turned away because I had not brought a animal in for 8 years. My elderly friend cannot tell time. He needs help. Where's your compation. Just so you will know, he was rescued from the Trail malls loading bays 20 years ago, he was only 2.5 ounces and very sick, the next day to a vet in Trail where he was hydrated and I was told he probably would not live, but he did. That is what compation is. Thank you for NOT helping. I am going to enjoy bad mouth your business for the rest of my life in fruitvale. If you have time to reply to this, then you have time to help my friend. Read Less

Staff lacks compassion for owners and pets. Our dog was a client at this clinic before we moved away and he needed to see the vet during a visit home. He had seen the vet several times in the past year. Our dog had very large double dew claws on his hind legs, which at his young age, had already been prone to tears and infection. After talking to several vets, they all agreed that it was medically necessary to have them removed during his neutering surgery. I applaud my new vet for putting my pet’s needs first. While we were home I wanted to have Dr Kramer have a look at his surgical wounds as I was worried about infection. She very rudely refused to see my dog. Said dew claw removal is illegal (my new vet said not if they deem it medically necessary) and I would have to go back to the other vet... 7 hours away. She would have every right to refuse to do a dew claw removal, but refusing to treat a potential infection is so unethical and cruel. Read Less

Turned me down while my cat was very I'll because I had not come in for two years so they dropped us as a patient. Me cat would not have survived the weekend if I had not got her somewhere else. They receptionist even hung up on my husband, and when my mother in law went out there to ask why the receptionist responded with oh it's one of you. Very rude and un professional! I had gone there for my 3 cats and both my dogs. So to tell me we are not patients because we had not gone in for two years is ridiculous. Read Less

I really like this place. Been in there twice. Once to get my cat help with a wound that was infected and once when my dog needed to be put down. They were very compassionate and kind on both occasions. When I put my dog down it was one of the worst days of my life but this vet clinic was super nice and understanding and seemed to care alot. I really appreciated it. I'm happy this is our local vet! Read Less

Went in for puppy's rabies shot. Dr Kramer was rude and unwilling to discuss how to get puppy's other vaccinations current. I had vaccinated puppy myself in the states using a 6 way vaccine. I was interested in making sure puppy has proper vaccine coverage for this area. She wouldn't give me the time of day to direct me how i could rectify things. I left feeling she was more interested in getting paid than the health of my dog. Her vet in training (I'm sorry, i don't know if it was a practicum or exactly what term to use), was very helpful. I chose to support a vet in the area paying $85 for the service. Next time I'll go to colville and pay the$25 they charge instead. Read Less
