I have never before or since seen a clinic that CHARGES customers to be present when their pet is being put down. They also demanded I pay in advance of the procedure. It is an appalling money grab - ...
I have never before or since seen a clinic that CHARGES customers to be present when their pet is being put down. They also demanded I pay in advance of the procedure. It is an appalling money grab - it was $75, if I remember correctly. I do not recommend them as they exploit people at their weakest moments.
I also have issue with their assurance that when they are busy they will “fit you in” if you drop off your pet to be seen between appointments - then find out you were charged a boarding fee. They don’t tell you about the fee when they offer the service.
I found this hospital more about money than compassion

If anyone has a pet with a problem, this is "THE PLACE TO GO". Pets aren't just pets, they're family members who deserve the best and, you'll find that at the Eagle Ridge Veterinary Clinic. Very fast, but very very caring service. Everyone seemed very competent. My dog was quite sick and he was seen right away. Exam, done, treatment put into my hands with good instructions on what to do.

Thank you to everybody at Eagle Ridge for treating a cut on Lewis The Dog's foot while we were vacationing on the Sunshine Coast. We were treated with excellent medicinal care and LOVE despite the fact we were visitors. I was touched and impressed with the level of attention and care from everybody - especially since it was late on a Friday night. THANK YOU!

I have never before or since seen a clinic that CHARGES customers to be present when their pet is being put down. They also demanded I pay in advance of the procedure.
