I don’t know where to begin with this review, but all I know is that everyone needs to know how great Oriole Road Animal hospital is. Dr.Reid is the epitome of compassion and empathy.
We have had 4 dogs that are all loyal patients of his, and two who have recently passed. The experience of transitioning them was made easier because of the gentle care and attention that Dr.Reid gave them.
It’s never easy saying goodbye to a furry friend, but anything that can make it easier is well worth it. Having Oriole Road Animal Hospital as our go to clinic was a great decision that made hard moments like these more bearable.

In the past I have had some bad experience with vets and had lost faith that they were all out for the mighty dollar!
....The staff and Dr. Andrew are a shinning example of how all vet clinics should be. They are so very understanding and non judgmental. Have your pets health at the highest priority, both mental and physical. My dog Kiki (Pom/Chihuahua) needed major dental surgery/cleaning and they did the most fantastic job with a very reasonable cost.
I live in 150 Mile House, B.C. now, but will keep them as my main vet. They are worth the drive :)
Thank you Dr. Andrew, Denise, Katherine and everyone at the clinic. You made a difference in my life and especially in Kiki's.

We came in to see Dr. Andrew Reid after hours the day our family dog got sick. Dr. Reid was very thorough, professional and caring. He took his time explaining to us what possibly might have happened to our dog, told us the signs to look for in case he gets worse at home, and to call if it did. Couldn't have asked for a better on-call vet. If we didn't already have a very caring vet we would be coming here. I would highly recommend it here!

Had my first visit today with Ali and Mia. We have tried a couple other clinics in town and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Reid and the staff gave us plenty of time, even with Ali who can be very reactive to new people. Dr. Reid listened to me, and my thoughts on not doing all the vaccinations, respecting my opinion. The techs were great too, trimming nails, etc. and I found the pricing very reasonable, as an extra bonus. We will be back!

We recently dealt with the difficult situation of putting our beloved cat to rest. Throughout the process of the initial diagnosis of cancer until the final visit, I have been very impressed by the professionalism of the staff (from front desk staff, to techs to both Dr. Fiona and Dr. Andrew Reid), and their caring and compassionate ways. I never felt rushed and my questions were really listened to, and always answered thoughtfully. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!!

I just had an awesome first visit at the Oriole Road Animal Hospital when I brought my rabbit in for a routine checkup. The first impression you get of the facility is great. The reception area is clean, bright, and cheerful. I love the big windows and the bright blue desk. It's very welcoming. The small animal room is also bright and clean. In fact, I was blown away by how clean and shiny everything was. It probably doesn't hurt that the clinic only opened a few months ago.The animal hospital is run by a husband and wife veterinarian team, Andrew and Fiona Reid. I had the pleasure of meeting with Andrew on our visit. He was incredibly friendly; the kind of person you instantly like. He was very gentle with Clover and managed to keep her calm while he checked her out which is not easy! The thing I appreciated the most was that he asked me lots of questions and gave me tips for things to look out for with an older rabbit.A coworker had recommended this clinic to me and since I didn't have a regular vet elsewhere, I figured I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! They'll definitely be my first choice the next time I need to make an appointment.

These guys are our new clinic for sure. Dr Reid has been super patient and helpful - but has also gone above and beyond to help our sick pooch. It is obvious that these guys are real animal lovers and really care about the well being of critters in their care.

Had my first visit today with Ali and Mia. We have tried a couple other clinics in town and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Reid and the staff gave us plenty of time, even with Ali who can be very reactive to new people. Dr. Reid listened to me, and my thoughts on not doing all the vaccinations, respecting my opinion. The techs were great too, trimming nails, etc. and I found the pricing very reasonable, as an extra bonus. We will be back!

We recently dealt with the difficult situation of putting our beloved cat to rest. Throughout the process of the initial diagnosis of cancer until the final visit, I have been very impressed by the professionalism of the staff (from front desk staff, to techs to both Dr. Fiona and Dr. Andrew Reid), and their caring and compassionate ways. I never felt rushed and my questions were really listened to, and always answered thoughtfully. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!!

I just had an awesome first visit at the Oriole Road Animal Hospital when I brought my rabbit in for a routine checkup. The first impression you get of the facility is great. The reception area is clean, bright, and cheerful. I love the big windows and the bright blue desk. It's very welcoming. The small animal room is also bright and clean. In fact, I was blown away by how clean and shiny everything was. It probably doesn't hurt that the clinic only opened a few months ago.The animal hospital is run by a husband and wife veterinarian team, Andrew and Fiona Reid. I had the pleasure of meeting with Andrew on our visit. He was incredibly friendly; the kind of person you instantly like. He was very gentle with Clover and managed to keep her calm while he checked her out which is not easy! The thing I appreciated the most was that he asked me lots of questions and gave me tips for things to look out for with an older rabbit.A coworker had recommended this clinic to me and since I didn't have a regular vet elsewhere, I figured I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! They'll definitely be my first choice the next time I need to make an appointment.
