I wish I could give a half a star. I am so unimpressed. From the moment I walked into the vet, until the moment I met the veterinarian himself, my instincts told me to turn around and go elsewhere.Their prices might be a bit lower, but it will inevitably lead you to have to return with another issue, and cost more anyways.I came in with my dog with a hematoma in his ear, which had burst at this point, and his ear was FULL of fluid and swollen. I asked for all options, and a quote for everything, as I was limited in funds at the time and needed to ensure he would get the best care without being exploited for my vulnerability. While I was there, I asked him to check a lump on my dogs chest. I was told he was concerned for the lump as it is hard, unlike a benign fatty lump, which is usually soft and suggested a $200 biopsy. I said I couldn't afford it right now. But my dog was forced to have surgery on his ear any way so the vet said he would remove it for $100 while he was under. I agreed even though I didn't have the money. A few miutes after he brought me the quote, I asked if he was SURE he was worried about the lump. He decided to put a syringe in the lump and extract contents. "Oh it's just fatty liquid, I am not concerned" he said. So that saved me $200 that he would have charged me because of an initial assessment, rather than just doing that in the first place.Fast forward 3 weeks, and my dog had to get his stitches out of his ear. He had an infection somehow in the same ear, despite following every protocol and giving him all of his meds. The vet put him on steroids and anti biotics again, and charged $90 for this follow up and for these meds. HE also walked out of the room before we could finish asking questions. Obviously he does not give a shit. Once in the car, we noticed he MISSED 3 stitches. We pulled them out ourselves. Now our dog is suffering awful side effects from the steroids, peeing all over himself, and the house (He is VERY housebroken) and is lethargic, and out of it. I called the vet to ask if this is normal and I am concerned, Was told by the receptionist, she would ask the dr., and he will call me back. This was 4 days ago. I never received a call. Nothing to ease my mind about concerning side effects from a medication received from him. Nothing. I called another vet and happily received advice FOR FREE.The vibes I get from this vet hospital are that they really don't love animals, but they love the money. I do not look for this in a vet. Do yourself a favor and research for a GOOD vet before you go, and pay the little bit extra. It is so worth it for your furry family. Read Less
