I was a client here for ten years, 2014-2024. I am sharing my experience because I don’t want other pets and their humans to go through the same nightmare. Doctors here will not accept responsibility for their mistakes. Dr. Reimer almost killed my dog (contact me if you want proof and I will happily share my pet’s medical records) and never took any responsibility (whether medical or financial), nor did she ever offer an apology. In fact, she did not even wish to speak with me afterwards. Another Dr, Dr. Emma Bermudez treated my pet for the urinary infection (which he did not have, again have records) when I brought my dog in because of the bloody urine. She has never, ever, ever brought up a possibility of a kidney stone, which are - as I was later told by other DVMs - fairly common in small breeds. You would think that a responsible Dr would bring this up. Finally, and the most disappointing, his long-term vet who treated him since he was eight-weeks old (now almost eight years), Dr. Rasmussen, and whom I used to highly like and respect, never even asked about his wellbeing. Moreover, one of the receptionists hung up on me, and the clinic manager, Crystal, refused to give me my pet’s medical records. Please remember that your pet’s medical records belong to you. Here is the deal: DVMs can harm your pets many ways and never apologize and take responsibility. They all do have malpractice insurance; however, unless you have $20,000 for legal proceedings you have no recourse. And that is what they count on. How can you possibly have that money if you already paid almost as much to keep your pet alive? Go somewhere else. Read Less
