Story time: Our dog has been going to see Dr.Partini since he was brought into our home, with the exception of one time where we had to bring him to another location. At this other clinic, he went in like usual (happy-go-lucky) but quickly got muzzled (he had never been muzzled before), cried in the back room, barked and came out running. He's been terrified to go anywhere that smells like a vet clinic since (including daycares.) We've had to carry him in because he would refuse to walk through the doors, he'd bark in fear at people and other animals and the last time we saw Dr.Partini, we had to medicate him just to get him there. Dr.Partini and his team at the K.L.O. vet clinic have been nothing short of wonderful. They are patient with our boy and very clear to us on what they do, how he reacts and he gets spoiled with treats after. Last week we had another vet appointment, it had been a couple months since the last one so I decided to see what happened naturally... we hopped out of the car, got excited and ran into the vet together. He barked for a minute but with a quick reassurance he just sat and waited. The team has done a great job of building trust with our boy... we have finally reached a vet visit again where our boy isn't scared to go in! This team is amazing. Thank you for all your patience and building that trust with our boy. Read Less
