I took my two pomeranians here for a dental cleaning/extractions. They took excellent care of my dogs, at a very reasonable cost (bearing in mind canine dental work is crazy pricey to begin with, but taking that into account their prices were fair). They didn't skimp on any options such as blood work, anesthesia, etc. They won't do the procedure without blood work, which I believe shows they don't believe in taking ANY risks with your pets (some places will do with without to help save costs). Very happy with my experience here and will even make the effort to drive back for future procedures! (we live in Calgary). A+++++++++

Can't say enough about this clinic. The staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, calm and great with our dog. We love that they give options for holistic and traditional medicine as well as a combination of both. The prices are fair and the staff are all very knowledgeable. We leave feeling relaxed and happy!! Literally, best clinic ever. Highly recommend.

I am grateful for the care my 11 year old Yorkie received at Pandosy Vet. She has been lethargic and not eating as well with a little cough. All of which was diagnosed with a few tests. She was given a herbal tincture that the doctor prepared, which I Administered with raw honey daily. Within two days of the tincture she is like her old self! Lots of energy and as playful as she was when she was 5! I am so thrilled to have her in such good spirits. If you are needing a vet I highly recommend him, a very kind and compassionate staff and expert Doctor.

A wonderfully warm place with the most amazing staff! Very easy to book in, and you can tell they really care about all their furry clients! When little Theo broke his leg they were very quick to accommodate him into the schedule, and provided lots of helpful advice for a speedy recovery (plus they fitted him with an extremely stylish cast). I would highly recommend them!

Jason answers all my silly questions, and gives me all of the information to make healthy and good choices for my pup. The girls there are also awesome, and super informative. They gave me a lot of good tips on healthy food options for Nash, and raw food alternatives. Couldn't recommend them enough!

What a great business and great team. We have nothing but great experiences here. Our beagle has had his share of beagle puppy issues and Dr. Jason and his team has been so helpful and upfront with any costs we might incur. We phone them and ask for advice and they do their best to get us in ASAP or avoid the visit if it can be avoided. They are compassionate and personable, we feel lucky to have found them and know they are always just a phone call away.

I am a new puppy owner and unfortunately my little lab Oakley has not had the best start health-wise. Despite the fact that most of our friends have pets, I chose not to ask them for their input on veterinarians and decided to research on my own via the internet and reading testimonials.
After reading so many wonderful reviews about Dr. Jason and his team at Pandosy Village Vet Hospital, we decided to visit him a couple days after we brought him home from the breeder's. I cannot say how impressed I am with the amazing service he and his staff have offered. Not only do they provide top notch customer service, they genuinely care about your pet and his well being. I was so impressed with the fact that after popping in to purchase some food and simply having a conversation with their staff about the issues I was still having with Oakley, they called the next day just to see how he was doing (it wasn't even a follow up after an appointment).
I've been to a few pet shops in town purchasing various items for my little guy; be it from treats to leashes etc.... Every time a clerk in the pet shop asks who our vet is and I tell them it's Dr. Jason, they reply with a "You're in very good hands" comment :) So happy we chose Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital!

Having moved many times, and with dogs who have had their fair share of accidents on top of the increased routine care that toy breeds tend to need as they age, I've been to more than 10 different veterinarians in three provinces over the last eight years. After a great experience trying to find the best place (and fairly priced!) for a dental cleaning for my Italian Greyhound, I switched to Pandosy for all of my dogs' care. I appreciate that they were up front with pricing and what is included, the free estimate didn't feel like a high-pressure sales pitch, and the assessment of her teeth aligned with what I expected and what was found during the cleaning - no surprises. I find the staff there to be knowledgeable and friendly. I have also noticed that they make an effort to know my name and the names of my dogs when I come in. That attention to the big and little things related to customer service make an impact. I also appreciate that they have made an effort to get to know the local dog sport community and even carry Clean Run toys at their store :)

I have been a client of Pandosy Vet for about 2 years now Dr. Jason, Arnica, Hannah and staff are wonderful and have seen all 4 of my fur babies my boy cat who suffers chronic bladder infections and needs a special diet, my lab who they helped me figure out her numerous food allergies and navigate her extensive separation anxiety, and my recently adopted chihuahuas who came to me with one having suffered a head trauma and needing immediate surgery and the other needing a spay and having some particular personality needs (she is afraid of boys and Dr. Jason has been very wonderful and sensitive to her fears). My animals love a trip to the vet with all the attention (and treats) they dont even remember the poking and prodding It is so wonderful entrusting my fur babies to a family where they treat us like family, I cant even imagine taking my animals anywhere else.

Very unprofessional staff. Quote one price then increase amount due after the fact. Hannah whom works the front is very two faced. She will tell customers one thing only to turn to her boss to fabricate another story. I understand for Arnica to defend her staff but to be so quick to dismiss your pets care instead of communicating a resolution is very unprofessional. Her lack of customer service skills and inappropriate gestures towards her clients is out right ridiculous. Very sad as a claimed family business there is not one thing about it that our furry family appreciated.
On a side note save your self some money most of the holistic foods this vet sells is available at local pet store for a fraction of the cost!

Very knowledgeable people who truly care about the well being of your pet, I have had a wonderful experience with them in regards to my kitty cat. I felt welcome when coming in to the 'vet' and I know my cat was very welcome, the girls working there put him right at ease and when Moo met Dr. Jason for the first time he actually sat down right in front of him. They say pets can read peoples energy and feelings and I knew Moo was in great hands while he got patched up. I am happy to say Moo is feeling a lot better and if anything may happen in the future god forbid I know exactly where to go!:-)

My dog suffered a very sudden onset of sickness while I was travelling out East.Dr. Rowan and staff helped him recover and put my mind at ease by calling me twice daily to inform about the terriers state of health. I do believe that without this clinics intervention my 3 yr. old welsh terriers would have come to an end. Zelda and I love visiting Pounce and Hound during our walks. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful that when we do need to visit for medical purposes we both feel really comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Jason and his team are fantastic and I appreciate that they know her and her history as soon as we walk in the door. We've had a couple of "emergency" incidents in the past couple of months and I always feel that as soon as we show up, Dr. Jason will take care of us without hesitation.Thanks Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital team!

They didn't skimp on any options such as blood work, anesthesia, etc. They won't do the procedure without blood work, which I believe shows they don't believe in taking ANY risks with your pets (some places will do with without to help save costs). Very happy with my experience here and will even make the effort to drive back for future procedures! (we live in Calgary). A+++++++++

I am grateful for the care my 11 year old Yorkie received at Pandosy Vet. She has been lethargic and not eating as well with a little cough. All of which was diagnosed with a few tests. She was given a herbal tincture that the doctor prepared, which I Administered with raw honey daily. Within two days of the tincture she is like her old self! Lots of energy and as playful as she was when she was 5! I am so thrilled to have her in such good spirits. If you are needing a vet I highly recommend him, a very kind and compassionate staff and expert Doctor.

When little Theo broke his leg they were very quick to accommodate him into the schedule, and provided lots of helpful advice for a speedy recovery (plus they fitted him with an extremely stylish cast). Jason answers all my silly questions, and gives me all of the information to make healthy and good choices for my pup. The girls there are also awesome, and super informative. They gave me a lot of good tips on healthy food options for Nash, and raw food alternatives. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Our beagle has had his share of beagle puppy issues and Dr. Jason and his team has been so helpful and upfront with any costs we might incur. We phone them and ask for advice and they do their best to get us in ASAP or avoid the visit if it can be avoided. They are compassionate and personable, we feel lucky to have found them and know they are always just a phone call away.

I am a new puppy owner and unfortunately my little lab Oakley has not had the best start health-wise. Despite the fact that most of our friends have pets, I chose not to ask them for their input on veterinarians and decided to research on my own via the internet and reading testimonials.
After reading so many wonderful reviews about Dr. Jason and his team at Pandosy Village Vet Hospital, we decided to visit him a couple days after we brought him home from the breeder's. I cannot say how impressed I am with the amazing service he and his staff have offered. Not only do they provide top notch customer service, they genuinely care about your pet and his well being. I was so impressed with the fact that after popping in to purchase some food and simply having a conversation with their staff about the issues I was still having with Oakley, they called the next day just to see how he was doing (it wasn't even a follow up after an appointment).
I've been to a few pet shops in town purchasing various items for my little guy; be it from treats to leashes etc.... Every time a clerk in the pet shop asks who our vet is and I tell them it's Dr. Jason, they reply with a "You're in very good hands" comment :) So happy we chose Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital!

Having moved many times, and with dogs who have had their fair share of accidents on top of the increased routine care that toy breeds tend to need as they age, I've been to more than 10 different veterinarians in three provinces over the last eight years. After a great experience trying to find the best place (and fairly priced!) for a dental cleaning for my Italian Greyhound, I switched to Pandosy for all of my dogs' care. I appreciate that they were up front with pricing and what is included, the free estimate didn't feel like a high-pressure sales pitch, and the assessment of her teeth aligned with what I expected and what was found during the cleaning - no surprises. I find the staff there to be knowledgeable and friendly. I have also noticed that they make an effort to know my name and the names of my dogs when I come in. That attention to the big and little things related to customer service make an impact. I also appreciate that they have made an effort to get to know the local dog sport community and even carry Clean Run toys at their store :)

I have been a client of Pandosy Vet for about 2 years now Dr. Jason, Arnica, Hannah and staff are wonderful and have seen all 4 of my fur babies my boy cat who suffers chronic bladder infections and needs a special diet, my lab who they helped me figure out her numerous food allergies and navigate her extensive separation anxiety, and my recently adopted chihuahuas who came to me with one having suffered a head trauma and needing immediate surgery and the other needing a spay and having some particular personality needs (she is afraid of boys and Dr. Jason has been very wonderful and sensitive to her fears). My animals love a trip to the vet with all the attention (and treats) they dont even remember the poking and prodding It is so wonderful entrusting my fur babies to a family where they treat us like family, I cant even imagine taking my animals anywhere else.

She will tell customers one thing only to turn to her boss to fabricate another story. I understand for Arnica to defend her staff but to be so quick to dismiss your pets care instead of communicating a resolution is very unprofessional. Her lack of customer service skills and inappropriate gestures towards her clients is out right ridiculous. Very sad as a claimed family business there is not one thing about it that our furry family appreciated.
On a side note save your self some money most of the holistic foods this vet sells is available at local pet store for a fraction of the cost!

Very knowledgeable people who truly care about the well being of your pet, I have had a wonderful experience with them in regards to my kitty cat. I felt welcome when coming in to the 'vet' and I know my cat was very welcome, the girls working there put him right at ease and when Moo met Dr. Jason for the first time he actually sat down right in front of him. They say pets can read peoples energy and feelings and I knew Moo was in great hands while he got patched up. I am happy to say Moo is feeling a lot better and if anything may happen in the future god forbid I know exactly where to go!:-)

My dog suffered a very sudden onset of sickness while I was travelling out East.Dr. Rowan and staff helped him recover and put my mind at ease by calling me twice daily to inform about the terriers state of health. I do believe that without this clinics intervention my 3 yr. old welsh terriers would have come to an end. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful that when we do need to visit for medical purposes we both feel really comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Jason and his team are fantastic and I appreciate that they know her and her history as soon as we walk in the door. We've had a couple of "emergency" incidents in the past couple of months and I always feel that as soon as we show up, Dr. Jason will take care of us without hesitation.Thanks Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital team!
