After years of good service and a caring approach I am
Not pleased with the way the Vet was stretching for surgery on a Hematoma on the ear basic drainage was all that was required... he was rough with our senior golden, impatient and didn't want the blood on the vet floor so basically told my wife to take the dog to her care...after using a huge gauge needle to draw out the fluid that was in the dogs ear.
Not sure why after many years of our loyal visits and we are a multiple dog household that he would disrespect my wife and my gentle Golden!!!
If he wants to discuss this over a beer I am more than happy to address the completely uncalled for bed side manor!
I can understand everyone has a off day but if this doesn't get resolved He'll have more than
One bad Day!

Brought my cat nuggy in when I noticed he had an infected abscess on his arm had popped. They were one of the only vets still open and close. I had an amazing first experience and will continue to return. The vets were very professional and the secretary staff were pleasant and comforting.

Thunderbird Animal Hospital has been looking after our two cats since we moved to the Fraser Valley 5 years ago. The Doctors and staff have always treated our cats with kindness and compassion.When one of the cats had to be put down because of cancer, the Doctor and Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, and euthanised the cat painlessly and with love. We can't say enough about this clinic and the caring manner of all the staff.

The best vets ever! Dr. Singh & Dr. Sharma have been our 4 lb. Chihuahua fur baby's vets for many years. We (okay, mostly me) are very overprotective of her. I have to completely trust anyone that touches her.
They not only take extremely good care of her, but they put up with me, and that is not easy. The office staff is also wonderful. If you are looking for a veterinary hospital that has the best interest of your pets at heart, this is the place.

Have been bringing my cat and dog here for years. Dr Sharma and the whole team are so kind, caring and truly want what's best for animals. Their prices are fair as well. I really appreciated how kind they were when my cat passed away especially, and all they did for her during her last months. Also, they helped figure out my dog's allergies quickly and he's made a full recovery on his treatment plan. Very effective treatment and caring people - exactly what a vet's office should be!

I feel this is a good animal clinic. One of my cats passed away a while back, and this veterinary treated PomPom with dignity and respect. I was pleased how they handled this delicate time in my life when losing a beloved pet.
I have another cat named Louie, and he was treated there recently, and the vet took good care of him too. He is doing much better now, I would continue to go to this veterinary.

We were recommended Thunderbird Animal Hospital by a friend when we found out our cat needed surgery for something quite rare for cats. Our original vet was going to charge us $2500. We brought her to Thunderbird for a second opinion and were quoted half the amount because the Dr’s were able to do the surgery themselves. They were amazing to work with, especially Dr. Singh who was very patient with me as I was very stressed. Dr. Singh and the staff received many phone calls and visits from me over the month recovery and I’m so grateful for their help and patience. Our little girl is running around the house again, good as new!
Would HIGHLY recommended Thunderbird!

My dog is terrified of men. I was worried when I brought her in for her annual vaccines that she would be aggressive from fear, but Dr. Sharma not only gave her her shots, but also got my dog to give him a "high five" when he was done. there prices are the most reasonable i have came across and every one who says they are in it just for the money i dont believe so. its a business so they still need to make money but there prices are cheap and very reasonable.

Once of the doctors came during night to twice to do oxygen treatment for our cat and charged us a very reasonable amount.
We recommend this clinic for anyone who loves their pets like kids.

I normally go to 186 street location but come here for emergencies only as they have longer hours and they are open 7 days a week. Great service and very reasonable prices. Always give honest opinion. Keep it up !!

I recently had an semi-emergency situation with one of my cats. She decided to eat a very very long ribbon. I called the clinic and they brought me in right away, they did everything they could to help me within my financial limitations. Happy news she passed the ribbon :) Dr. Singh called me a couple days later just to make sure she was okay . Thunderbird clinic and their sister clinic at 186 st , are a reliable safe place to bring your pets. Both Dr. Singh and Dr. Sharma are kind and gentle and really care for the animals.

I needed to buy cat food and this clinic was handy to just run in and pick up the cat food. They charge an extra $5 because I wasn't a client. I have gone to several different vet hospitals in the past to buy cat and dog food and have never been charged an extra $5 for not being a client. It makes me wonder how else they pad their bills or invoices. The girl was sarcastic wishing me a great weekend when I told her I won't be coming back. There are many more reputable vet clinics that will not add bogus charges to your bill.

I needed to buy cat food and this vet clinic happen to be on route for where I was needing to go so I stopped in to get my cat's food and they charge me an extra $5 for not being a client. I have never been charged this in any other vet clinic. It makes me wonder how they pad their bills or invoices for their regular clients when they are willing to charge potential new clients a bogus charge. The girl was sarcastic wishing me a great weekend after I told her I wouldn't be back. I wasn't rude just honest.

After years of good service and a caring approach I am
Not pleased with the way the Vet was stretching for surgery on a Hematoma on the ear basic drainage was all that was required... he was rough with our senior golden, impatient and didn't want the blood on the vet floor so basically told my wife to take the dog to her care...after using a huge gauge needle to draw out the fluid that was in the dogs ear.
Not sure why after many years of our loyal visits and we are a multiple dog household that he would disrespect my wife and my gentle Golden!!!

I recently had an semi-emergency situation with one of my cats. She decided to eat a very very long ribbon. I called the clinic and they brought me in right away, they did everything they could to help me within my financial limitations. Happy news she passed the ribbon :) Dr. Singh called me a couple days later just to make sure she was okay . Thunderbird clinic and their sister clinic at 186 st , are a reliable safe place to bring your pets. Both Dr. Singh and Dr. Sharma are kind and gentle and really care for the animals.

I've been taking my dog to this clinic for 3 years now and I've found that the doctors are highly professional and take care very good care of my dog. The prices are reasonable and satisfactory. Needless to say, I'm well pleased with the overall situation.

One of my dogs had dental cleaning and a tooth pulled it was 500 less then a vet I originally went to. Thanks for taking care of the rescues and for taking care of my babies.

I needed to buy cat food and this clinic was handy to just run in and pick up the cat food. They charge an extra $5 because I wasn't a client. I have gone to several different vet hospitals in the past to buy cat and dog food and have never been charged an extra $5 for not being a client. It makes me wonder how else they pad their bills or invoices. The girl was sarcastic wishing me a great weekend when I told her I won't be coming back. There are many more reputable vet clinics that will not add bogus charges to your bill.

I needed to buy cat food and this vet clinic happen to be on route for where I was needing to go so I stopped in to get my cat's food and they charge me an extra $5 for not being a client. I have never been charged this in any other vet clinic. It makes me wonder how they pad their bills or invoices for their regular clients when they are willing to charge potential new clients a bogus charge. The girl was sarcastic wishing me a great weekend after I told her I wouldn't be back. I wasn't rude just honest.
