Doctor Jas has taken care of all our animals and provided them with exceptional care, he always gives us options and fully explains what is in the best interest for our pets. The doctors and staff are very compassionate and have been there for us when we have been in some difficult situations. Our pets actually love going to the vet, always excited to walk trough the door! Thankyou so much for all you do!

Dr. Jas ranote and his staff are pretty calm and level-headed.Excellent team! They treat you like you're family and they are very friendly and honest. I love my experience here, they do a great job explaining everything and don't push unnecessary procedures. They charge a very fair and honest price for what they do and I would recommend them to anyone with a pet.

After taking our fur babies to a few vets in maple ridge. We finally found a caring vet.We have taken our dogs a few times here. Always been fantastic. Explained what was being done not rushing us out...
After taking our fur babies to a few vets in maple ridge. We finally found a caring vet.We have taken our dogs a few times here. Always been fantastic. Explained what was being done not rushing us out the door. Prices wont empty your bank account. I find the staff fantasic and the Dr. Is fantastic.

My experience was also horrible. I had my dog put down with my kids and I holding her. We of course wanted to keep her ashes. Then I call to see where they are and he tells me I signed off on no ashes...
My experience was also horrible. I had my dog put down with my kids and I holding her. We of course wanted to keep her ashes. Then I call to see where they are and he tells me I signed off on no ashes back. I told him no I signed off on not needing a private cremation in who doesn't want their dogs ashes????? So in
the end my dog is gone and I have no ashes maybe improve on your English skills a bit before becoming a vet

We appreciate your feedback. We totally understand that it is the dificult time for us to say good bye to our pets which are part of our family. Unfortunately Private Cremations is with the ashes back and clients have the option to select depending upon their budget. We try our best to explain all the options available. Our Vets and office Seceretary are there to explain to the clients for any procedure we do here and hospital has very strict policy to get informed consent before anything is done. At this very emotional and difficult time all staff of Westgate Animal Hospital is with you and your family. We assure you and all our clients that we are committed to provide best possible services to our clients and patients. We consider all reviews and feedback from our clients very seriously and take all required necssary steps to provide high quality professional veterinary services.

Very good and thorough service on my cat Suki. She stayed calm with the vet and he handled her pretty well. The prices are very reasonable and the are honest about what is needed and recommendations of the care for your pet. I believe there is free check up for new customers. We will be back for follow ups and spaying. Thanks!!

Our experience with this vet was absolutely horrible! We had to put our dog down & the way he handled the situation was VERY unprofessional. He was rude to his assistant and then at one point he even yelled at her, this took place during the process of putting our dog down. He never even closed the door to the room and the people in the waiting room saw & heard everything. I will be making a formal complaint! DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!!!!!

Our vet Dr Jas Ranote is very friendly and we are very respectful to our staff and clients. Clients just love to talk to our vet and Office Manager Erin. The Vet you are talking about does not work here since few years.

Doctor Jas has taken care of all our animals and provided them with exceptional care, he always gives us options and fully explains what is in the best interest for our pets.
