The most terrible experience with the "professiional staff. My dog was scheduled to have a blood test done prior to her teeth cleaning. I had received from this clinic thaqt they were providing a reduced lab costs to encourage more proventitive health care and the lab fees were 50% OFF. I asked if the reduced rate would apply to what Jenny w as needing to have. First no one got back to me, so I had to call them back. The second person I spoke to was host and arguementative and would not provide with provide me with any substantive information to confirm my assertion. I even thought she had hung up on me. This issue time sentitive. I then spoke with a 3rd person who seemed to understand what I was needing. I was then spoken to by the "office manager" who screamed at me and I had to repeatedly asked her to calm down. She then left a hostile message on my vm, and after stating in writing that this person was not to contact me, she had a courier drop off a letter at my home. By the way the vet I had met and scheduled to have dog's teeth cleaning wasn't going to be doing this and the staff did not seem to think I needed to know this and if I wanted to have that vet do the cleaning I would have to wait 6-8 weeks. Terrible experience with this Vet. I have also posted this on google. Read below for details: We had our puppy checked by our breeder at Tsolum Mobile Veterinary Health. And they certified that he was in good health. Once we picked him up, we then booked him with our vet, who checked him over and found he had a Malocclusion in his mouth. Basically, one of his teeth is puncturing the roof of his mouth(ouch), leaving a hole in it. Every time his mouth closes, one of his canine teeth goes into the hole. Which is painful. This should have been picked up by Tsolum, as his palate being checked and in good condition was noted on our certification. Our Vet told us, he needs the affected teeth extracted. So we went back to the Tsolum Vet, and Dr Parke, looked at it. And acknowledged the issue. And said they would cover the costs to repair it. They then booked us in, for it to be fixed. This was one week ago. Today I got a call from Tsolum's other vet. Who said, they will not cover it. As they are not equipped to handle extractions. She admitted she did in fact find an occlusion during his checkup. But did not note it. She even apologized for it. Which, fortunately for me, I recorded our conversation. So I would have proof of their omission. But instead of doing what's right. She said we are on our own. I fail to see how their incapability to do an extraction or even note the certification properly, absolves them of responsibility of doing the right thing. And now my poor little puppy, has been left to wait a week in this state. Only to have them cancel the afternoon before. And now we are back to square one. Having to scramble to book with another vet, and then having to wait for the appointment. All the while, he will be in this painful state. Just a few minutes ago, I got a call from Dr Parke, confirming they will not do anything to make this right. I will be filing small claims actions against them. I also told him, his conduct will affect his business. His exact response "I don't care, I am too busy anyways" Which I also recorded. This speaks volumes about how Dr Parke does business. He might be all smiles, until you catch him being negligent. Then his true colors show. I would recommend avoiding this business. There is plenty of vets in the Valley who will do good work, and stand behind it. This could be your pet, if you choose do business with them. Read Less
