We left this clinic after it was amalgamated. Prices went up and service went down, and we never saw our vets again after amalgamation.

They forgot about me in an examination room for an hour once and then tried to refer me to the emergency vet because they were closing. Most recently though, they wrapped my puppy's leg too tight caus...
They forgot about me in an examination room for an hour once and then tried to refer me to the emergency vet because they were closing. Most recently though, they wrapped my puppy's leg too tight causing it to literally die and have to be amputated after 5 days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Thanks for looking after our kitty, Cooper! He is so much better after one day of a urinary tract blockage, and another day of being in a lot of pain due to the inflammation. Our normally social and cuddle-y kitty wouldn't even twitch his ears in response to us calling his name and now he's back to purring loudly and climbing into our laps to sleep. The cost of having him monitored at the vet for two days in a row, keeping him comfortable, emptying his bladder, x-rays to make sure he didn't have stones, etc. was so much less than I had prepared for. Thanks for everything you did, we will absolutely be bringing him back to Hill'n Dale if he needs a vet again in the future

We had a good experience here, Staff was polite, They didn't push costs that I didn't need. They explain very plainly but still in detail the medications and plans for future appointments.

We have a super high maintenance teacup breed , tried several vets. She always freaked out. The staff and vets at Hill and Dale have that magic touch, she never freaks out and they are extremely helpf...
