Doctor Beauchamp and all the ladies at the front desk, but especially Lindsay, are incredibly caring and compassionate. They have been our vet for over ten years and helped with everything from adding a new addition to the family and saying a goodbye to our baby. The care that they provided in my dog's last two years of life was exemplary. I firmly believe that we had those last two years because of the care that my dog received at Benson View. When it was time to say goodbye, Doctor Beauchamp was with us all the way.
I cannot recommend this vet enough. They truly care about your pets as if they are their own.

Dr.Beauchamp is always very accomodating, compassionate and professional. She never rushes us at our appointments and ensures that we have all questions answered.
When our one cat, Chloe, had a leg injury, she called us numerous times, after clinic hours, to check in to see how things were progressing. She is always going above and beyond.
Vets are not paid enough for what they have to endure!
She handles our other cat, Tilly, very well too as she can be a bit more of a moody individual in certain circumstances.

Warning! The front desk help is not only rude they are gofers. Lindsay, Sarah, Nicki, basically all of them run to your file to write you up for every word you say and for every question you ask turning ordinary conversations into what looks like confrontations. We were appalled at what they wrote about us during our visits at their clinic. Maybe they are afraid of being sued and need to make the patients look bad?? Not sure however very unprofessional and a bit scary in our opinion. You'll be shocked when you ask for your pets file at what they have written about you.

Sincere compassion the gals at the front have. All of them have warm and friendly personalities, all very knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer to your question, they are determined to find you the answer.
We have seen more than one vet over the past year and even though they are super busy they take the time to answer your questions. They even call you with information.
As long as they are there and we have pets we are not going anywhere else.
Highly Recommend this Vet Office.

Dr. Edwards is wonderful. Caring and thoughtful with both my dogs and with myself, and so good about following up to see how the patient is doing and/or to discuss possible treatment options, even when that means she is calling from home in the evenings or on her days off. The staff is also wonderful. Would recommend Bensonview Vet and, in particular, Dr. Edwards, without reservation to anyone who is looking for a vet.

Our cat Cleo developed a really bad cold and her eyes were constantly dripping. She stopped eating and became lethargic. Since we are new to the Island we didn't have any other means to find a vet other than the reviews. We phoned them on Saturday morning and they made room for us at about lunch time. Dr Beauchamp took care of Cleo in a very caring and gentle manner. After a week of medication and cleaning her nostrils, she is back to her usual,cranky and annoying but we love her.
I heartily recommend the clinic to anyone.

Dr. Beauchamp is a wonderful and caring vet. She helped me so much when my dog had cancer. He managed to live a full year after diagnosis with Dr. Beauchamp's care. If you have any questions she gets back to you quickly. Lindsay and all the support staff are very caring as well. Great clinic !

When our one cat, Chloe, had a leg injury, she called us numerous times, after clinic hours, to check in to see how things were progressing. She is always going above and beyond.

Sincere compassion the gals at the front have. All of them have warm and friendly personalities, all very knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer to your question, they are determined to find you the answer.
We have seen more than one vet over the past year and even though they are super busy they take the time to answer your questions. They even call you with information.
As long as they are there and we have pets we are not going anywhere else.

Caring and thoughtful with both my dogs and with myself, and so good about following up to see how the patient is doing and/or to discuss possible treatment options, even when that means she is calling from home in the evenings or on her days off. Our cat Cleo developed a really bad cold and her eyes were constantly dripping. She stopped eating and became lethargic. Since we are new to the Island we didn't have any other means to find a vet other than the reviews. We phoned them on Saturday morning and they made room for us at about lunch time.
