Dr. Simk and all of the staff at Park Gate are absolutely amazing. It feels more like you are entering a home than a clinic. Well, a very organized and sanitized home! One of my cats is highly reactive but responds so well to all of the staff and Dr. Simk which is a big deal since she is usually very shy when first meeting/greeting someone. She adores Dr. Simk even though a physical check-up is not much fun so that's saying a lot. I always have lots of questions and Dr. Simk always takes the time to answer them all with great thought. I never feel rushed. Ocassionally we have had to wait a bit for our appointment time but the staff is so friendly and the waiting area so pleasant that it is never really an issue. Plus I always know we are waiting because some poor animal had a health emergency. Dr. Simk also always provides me with more than one option when it comes to treatment, etc. which is much appreciated. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Park Gate. Read Less
