Dr. Simk and all of the staff at Park Gate are absolutely amazing. It feels more like you are entering a home than a clinic. Well, a very organized and sanitized home! One of my cats is highly reactive but responds so well to all of the staff and Dr. Simk which is a big deal since she is usually very shy when first meeting/greeting someone. She adores Dr. Simk even though a physical check-up is not much fun so that's saying a lot. I always have lots of questions and Dr. Simk always takes the time to answer them all with great thought. I never feel rushed. Ocassionally we have had to wait a bit for our appointment time but the staff is so friendly and the waiting area so pleasant that it is never really an issue.
