I had an appointment for 1030, I arrived early. They came out to take a dog in before me and said they are running behind. 1035 they took another dog straight in. No one said anything to me. It was pouring rain. Several people came in and out and I asked if there was an update on how long I would have to stand outside. Who are you was the only reply. 1050 they brought a dog out and I asked how things were going and how long I had to wait. Answer, who are you I'll check. Then a woman with long black straight hair started bringing bags of dog food out and obviously didn't know that I was standing there said "tough luck for him, we are behind." I said I'm right here please don't talk about me as if I'm not here. She completely ignored me and absolutely refused to acknowledge I was there. She went inside and started talking about the man outside. Still no word on how long I had to wait. So I left and told the one woman outside that I was leaving and would not be back. Absolutely clueless, no one has any idea what is going on. Even though there are pressures because of Covid. All I asked for was an update. It told one girl I have a medical condition and standing out side makes my condition worse. Clearly communicating with their clients is not a priority unless its with the payment machine. And if the staff are going to talk crappy about you, make sure the customer (yes customer because despite covid we are still customers) can hear your nasty quips about them.

I've been going to Manzini regularly for over a year for a senior cat with multiple medical conditions. I also bring my rats there. I've seen all of the doctors and they always provide excellent care, are very thorough and take time to answer any questions or even go to research an answer for you if they aren't sure. They can get very busy, but will squeeze you in if you have an urgent issue. Very reasonable, will work with you to decide necessary treatments (not pressuring to do 'everything', they clearly want what's best for the patient). Vet techs and front desk staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

Horrible experience. I booked a dental exam. Here's what I got. A lift of the lips with a quick peek at the teeth. Told they looked fine but that a full dental procedure would be necessary to find out. Then 15 minutes for the vet to work up a $680 quote. For that fine experience, I was charged $80. No actually checking of the teeth or physical test of the gums... nothing but a quick peek inside the mouth. I feel totally ripped off. To say I won't be back is an understatement. Beware!!!

This is an awesome place to care for your pet! Our little dog Suzie Q recently had a very large mass removed by Dr. Graeme Linton - he is a skilled, compassionate & caring vet that took the time to explain everything to us during the process of surgery and recovery. Suzie Q has done well and is a happy and lighter dog since the removal of the 1/2 lump! (She is 15 pounds). Everything went extremely well and Graeme gets a high 5 from us - we can't thank you enough for helping our dog. And thank you to all the wonderful staff!

I've seen all of the doctors and they always provide excellent care, are very thorough and take time to answer any questions or even go to research an answer for you if they aren't sure. They can get very busy, but will squeeze you in if you have an urgent issue. This is an awesome place to care for your pet! Our little dog Suzie Q recently had a very large mass removed by Dr. Graeme Linton - he is a skilled, compassionate & caring vet that took the time to explain everything to us during the process of surgery and recovery.
