This clinic is the full package. When no one else had appointments, they were able to get us in the same day. They let me go in with my puppy and treated him with the utmost care. The front staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to listen. The veterinarian, while efficient, knows what he is doing. I really enjoyed his honesty when it came to possible issues, pricing, treatment, etc. Since my puppy had an ongoing issue, they did not charge us some of the standard fees, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was scary to see my pet get sick but I am glad he recovered because of their help and with that, I am also glad I found a new vet to go to from now on. Thank you everyone at TAH! My beloved pug lost his life yesterday at 2pm. It all started Sunday, i noticed after using tea tree oil on my pug he was showing signs of a reaction. I called my vet (whom i used for the last 8yrs) and was told he was almost closing for the day and advised me to take him to the emergency which i did. There he was given an IV fluid treatment and was sent home around 10:30pm. Next morning the nurse called to check on his progress. I told her he seemed fine except he wasnt eating any food but was drinking a lot and able to walk around the house. He wasnt vomiting which would have concerned me if he did. The nurse told me to bring him in for IV therapy again but due to finances and as he wasnt showing signs of being stressed (other than not eating which i felt could be normal after IV therapy) i opted not to. The next morning i decided to call the vet to bring him in (at 3pm) to do another IV therapy to make him feel better if it was needed. In the morning he was fine (walking, drinking, even hopped into his box bed). Around noon i noticed he was restless and called Dr Djot to bring him in that moment instead of 3pm. That was the defining moment of his life. The Dr refused and told me to stick to my 3pm App. My pug was lying beside me and i thought he was resting until 2pm i started stroking him when i realized he wasnt responsive. My world was torn apart with grief as i called the vet to tell them my pug was gone. I took him to the vet and waited more than 1.5hours waiting for my son to come and say his final farewell. All this time the Dr didnt even show himself until i requested to see him. I didnt express my anger because nothing would change. Instead im here to share my experience on this preventable loss had the doctor showed compassion and care. The tremendous shock of losing my pug shows the core of a human being and the pain and suffering it inflicted on another person is so uncalled for. Lets not forget to love every human being, especially those who cannot speak for themselves. God is always watching Read Less

Dear Melinda, we are very sorry for your loss. Based on the information gathered over the phone, the best course of action in the scenario was to attend an emergency clinic. It was a critical case, and the doctor was out of the office due to a urgent family matter. We work as a general practice, and on the basis of an appointment system which was given to the client for 3pm. In a critical scenerio, an emergency clinic is the best course of action as they have doctors and resources availabe 24/7. We would like to say the death was not due to neglegence at Tri-city. Once again, I'm sorry for the loss of your pet.
