I would just like to thank the wonderful staff at Westview Veterinary Hospital, Powell River, BC Canada for their natural humanity shown to a client whose 17yr old cat and lifetime companion had to be euthanized yesterday (10 Nov 2014). I was informed by the owner you were all very caring and comforting at such an emotionally/painfully challenging time and for which he gave you all high praise and credit for. I have no way of emailing your veterinary practice directly other than through this discovered means, so please accept my kind wishes and grateful thanks for looking after a dear friend of mine while I am 12,000+km's away living in New Zealand.
