We came in on Boxing Day of 2017 with a very serious emergency for our cat who unfortunately had to be put down. Despite the fact that it was the Holidays and there were several animals being treated at the time, Dr. Bonafine and his staff were extremely honest and professional throughout the process. It was a sad circumstance for us but still we came away with nothing but good things to say about this clinic.

Terrible customer service! My dog has been a patient here since she was a puppy. We live nearby so it was an easy and convenient spot to bring her in for checkups. The vet is great! Cannot say a bad thing about him -- he is loving and attentive and my dog loves him. Unfortunately, his reception staff have no where near the same level of care as he does. Rude, judging, and unhelpful when it comes to booking appointments or dealing with the front desk in general. I have recently switched vets because i don't enjoy getting spoken to rudely every time i need to book an appointment.

Dr. Bonafine is absolutely the best vet we have ever had! He treats his patients with such an amazing and caring bedside manner. Our dog was at ease with him from his first appointment. The support staff at the clinic are friendly and understanding. Recently, with no prior warning from us, they moved our appointment ahead several hours so that my husband could be on the highway early in the day to join me in Calgary where I had been hospitalized after emergency surgery for a broken leg. Thanks so much for that!

Dr. Bonafine always impresses me with his extensive knowledge of animals and their treatments. He is always so willing to explain everything and does such a great job at this! This is the only vet I trust to take care of my animals. I can't say enough good things about colleg heights vet!

Terrible customer service! My dog has been a patient here since she was a puppy. We live nearby so it was an easy and convenient spot to bring her in for checkups. The vet is great! Cannot say a bad thing about him -- he is loving and attentive and my dog loves him. Unfortunately, his reception staff have no where near the same level of care as he does.
