We love Murdoch vet. A couple years ago My dog had a torn ACL injury. At the time she went to see another vet. Our old vet told us surgery was our only option. We didn’t want to put our dog through surgery without getting a second opinion. We went to Murdoch for a second opinion and she gave us a treatment plan for our dog and she was able To avoid surgery. Since then I have been bringing my cats to the clinic for care as well. I’m always 100% satisfied and I feel like there making the best decisions for my animals. I would recommend them to anyone

I had only owned her for 3 weeks and took her on during the surgery, and major post op healing. She was healing and I don't know the dog well so I was still figuring out her nutritional needs.

Took my dog in for surgery a week ago, no complaints here, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and now my pup is as healthy as can be! Would recommend Murdoch in a heartbeat.

I brought my dog in after a fall. Granted it was on a Sunday so I knew there would be emergency fees. I would not gave here had there been ANY other option given my experience tonight. I expected X-ra...
I brought my dog in after a fall. Granted it was on a Sunday so I knew there would be emergency fees. I would not gave here had there been ANY other option given my experience tonight. I expected X-rays, which were suggested "just to be safe" after the physical exam. What I didn't expect was to be told to put my dog down and to be charged nearly $800 for the process. Taking advantage of pet owners in traumatic situations is definitely a priority for this vet. The suggestion to kill my dog aka my child, which should be a LAST RESORT not the first choice disgusts me. My dog will be getting seen elsewhere. I do not recommend this vet.

Dr. Machell was awesome. She did a phenomenal job of explaining our little terrier's dental dilemma and the potential solutions to us in a way that made sense. She was very kind and compassionate. When we left and forgot to grab Frankie's medications, she ran them out to us in our car before we left and explained the proper use of the medications to us, while standing outside in -20 degree weather with no jacket! When Frankie returned for his dental surgery, they honored their quote, despite having to pull more teeth than what was expected, and once again, were very thorough in explaining how to best keep Frankie comfortable while he recovered, and how to administer his medications.We will definitely return to this veterinary practice in the future with all three of our canine companions.

This is a superb veterinary clinic; all the veterinarians and staff members are not only caring, compassionate and friendly, but also very professional and knowledgeable. The clinic itself has the latest technology, is well laid out, clean, and very welcoming. The vet we use for our two cats, Dr. Jennifer McConnell, has been exceptional in every way. The first time we met her was just after we moved to Prince George, after our female cat had been attacked by a husky. Dr. McConnell impressed us greatly with her very kind, gentle manner, and it was a relief to find such a dedicated vet to look after the well-being of our two cats. Every member of the clinic is always ready to assist in whatever way necessary, and always with a smile. Our questions are answered quickly and Dr. McConnell's expertise and advice is always appreciated. Wonderful clinic run by a devoted group of professionals. Kudos!

We moved to PG 6 years ago and LOVE Murdoch's and their staff. We had been referred by my older Brother who has lived here all his life and been with Murdoch's forever! We did a tour and were instantly impressed by the TECHNOLOGY and EQUIPMENT they had onsite (at our previous clinic in Surrey they had to send away for blood-work & ultra-sounds) NOT at Murdoch's... they have it all... including the best people! I have spent my life with furry friends and I have seen many a clinic.

Murdoch Vet Clinic has been our family veterinarians since 2008 and they have been with us through good times and the sad. The staff is always friendly & compassionate with every visit and our animals love them too!
The vets truly love their jobs and do all that they can for our animals, when they are there I don't have to worry about them because I know there in the best of care.
During one of my toughest times Dr. Murdoch was calling me on the weekends while she was at home to ask how I was doing as well as my sick horse which gave me a whole new appreciation as to how much they care about their patients.
When anyone asks me if there is a vet I'd recommend it's always Murdoch Vet Clinic!

Our girl Shelby healed so well from her surgery and was up and running around in no time. Shelby has never been healthier and she looks great! We love Murdoch vet. A couple years ago My dog had a torn ACL injury. At the time she went to see another vet. Our old vet told us surgery was our only option. We didn’t want to put our dog through surgery without getting a second opinion. We went to Murdoch for a second opinion and she gave us a treatment plan for our dog and she was able To avoid surgery. Since then I have been bringing my cats to the clinic for care as well. I’m always 100% satisfied and I feel like there making the best decisions for my animals. I would recommend them to anyone

Murdoch Vet Clinic has been our family veterinarians since 2008 and they have been with us through good times and the sad. The staff is always friendly & compassionate with every visit and our animals love them too!

Our girl Shelby healed so well from her surgery and was up and running around in no time. Shelby has never been healthier and she looks great! I also appreciate the reminder emails that I have requested to receive. Thanks so much Murdoch Veterinarian you are Great!
