Kind and friendly. My mum was fostering a kitten for a local cat rescue, and this was the vet the rescue used. The kitten had an eye infection. The vet prescribed some eye cream. I had a good experience there, and would consider them for my pet if I moved to Vancouver Island.

I am only giving this business 1 star as zero stars is not an option! This was the worst experience my almost 12 year old dog and I have ever experience. I would not recommend this vet clinic to anyon...
I am only giving this business 1 star as zero stars is not an option! This was the worst experience my almost 12 year old dog and I have ever experience. I would not recommend this vet clinic to anyone, EVER! If you expect honest and responsible care do not go to this clinic.

I am giving this business 1 star as no star is not an option. This was the worst vet clinic experience my almost 12 year old dog and I have ever experienced. I will never go back and would not recommend this clinic to anyone. If you expect honest, responsible, professional care and service do not go to this clinic, you and your pet deserve better.

I have been going to Dr. Hannah for over 11 years and taken my dogs all over the world with me, and experienced all kinds of vets and their services, NONE compare to Dr. Hannah. It is a full service office and they put your pet first. Not fancy, but I've had fancy and who needs that, I just need the whole vet team to care for my PUGS and all the other pets there. The value is in the service and quality of care! I'd highly recommend this vet over and over again!

Kind and friendly. My mum was fostering a kitten for a local cat rescue, and this was the vet the rescue used. The kitten had an eye infection. The vet prescribed some eye cream. I had a good experience there, and would consider them for my pet if I moved to Vancouver Island.

I have been going to Dr. Hannah for over 11 years and taken my dogs all over the world with me, and experienced all kinds of vets and their services, NONE compare to Dr. Hannah. It is a full service office and they put your pet first. Not fancy, but I've had fancy and who needs that, I just need the whole vet team to care for my PUGS and all the other pets there. The value is in the service and quality of care! I'd highly recommend this vet over and over again!
