On August 21, Dr. Sue saved our cat. We had stopped to visit our Salmon Arm grandparents where our cat ate the tip of a daylily. The first clinic we called told us that "due to Covid they were book...
On August 21, Dr. Sue saved our cat. We had stopped to visit our Salmon Arm grandparents where our cat ate the tip of a daylily. The first clinic we called told us that "due to Covid they were booked two weeks in advance." Thankfully we called Pals with Paws, where the vet met us at the door and began treatment immediately and for the next three and a half hours. Our cat was prepared for transport and we transferred him to the Boundary Specialty Vet Hospital in Langley for three days of follow up in ICU. There, we were told that the emergency care he received in Salmon Arm made all the difference in his recovery. Dr. Sue explained exactly what interventions were required and kept us updated all afternoon. We were very confident that our cat was receiving expert and compassionate care. We were also aware that local clients were cancelled due to our emergency and we would like to thank them for their understanding. To Dr. Sue and her calm and caring staff we are forever grateful.

She also gave a follow up call to see how he was doing, which I feel is above and beyond.

We can not say enough about Sue and her clinic. She went above and beyond for us from the moment that we walked in the door. She put our 7month old puppy first and somehow managed to keep us calm throughout the process. She has an obvious love for her job and a passion for animals which puts them at ease. We could not have asked for a better veterinarian to be helping us. The staff in the clinic are AMAZING and make you feel as though you’re among friends. We can not recommend her highly enough and wish that she were more local to us in the Lower Mainland but now feel at peace that we have a vet we trust here at a Shuswap.

My 10 year old Golden Doodle Newton travelled to Enderby and Blind Bay from Van. Island. After playing way too hard, by Monday Newton was in extreme distress. Dr. Sue saw us right away. Her exam was extremely thorough. We left with Newton feeling much better. 2 days later we had to return as Newton was inflicted with a 2nd medical issue, which Dr. Sue again diagnosed and treated. The Dr. Saw us once more that Friday to insure Newton was able to make the trip back to the island. Sue and Melinda were excellent, showing a great deal of care and compassion for both Newton and myself. ( There is nothing more heart breaking than seeing your very loved pet in pain.) Thank you both!! If we lived in your area I would definately have you Sue as our vet.

We had a need for veterinary services and are so grateful that we found Dr. Sue and her amazing staff! The compassion they all showed not only for Lexie and Cassie but for us as well truly sets them ...
We had a need for veterinary services and are so grateful that we found Dr. Sue and her amazing staff! The compassion they all showed not only for Lexie and Cassie but for us as well truly sets them apart from other clinics we have been to. We are here on holidays and they were able to take care of our "babies" quickly and compassionately, everyone made sure that our little dogs were comfortable and dealt with them in a professional yet caring way. Lexie and Cassie were so well looked after that on a return visit the following day, they ran to the door of the clinic as soon as we took them out of the car and were very excited to go in, an event that has never happened at other clinics, where they run from, rather than running to, the door. Once inside they were very happy to see Dr. Sue and immediately ran to her! Thank you so much, we love you guys, we really wanted to give you 10 stars! Armando, Donna, Lexie and Cassie :)

Every vetnalians we experienced they are all kind and loving for our kitty but didn't really solve any kitty's problems .BUT Dr.Sue!she always knows what is going on with kitty( just even few seconds when she looked at kitty ..)She is the best vetnalian ever. Amazing!Very professional. Her staff is also amazing loving people.!!

The staff here are truly amazing and compassionate people.
My husband and I had an old cat, whom was our best friend. We brought our Simon here and they treated him with exceptional care and expertise.
I had no concerns and trust them completely with my pawed friends. (I have gone to alot of vets over the years and this was not always the case).
The staff here truly make an amazing, dynamic team who work very well together. Your animal comes first and they will do anything to help the animal, without compromising their quality of like.
I am very grateful you are in business! I don't know what I would do without you guys. Thank you.

It has taken 10 years for us to find a Vet who can help with our old girl's pain, Cushings and dental needs. We are very grateful!

We can not say enough about Sue and her clinic. She went above and beyond for us from the moment that we walked in the door. She put our 7month old puppy first and somehow managed to keep us calm throughout the process. She has an obvious love for her job and a passion for animals which puts them at ease.
