BE AWARE THIS CLINC KILLED ARE KITTEN. Be aware there only in it for the money not the health of ur animal. We lost are baby 4 month old kitten this week due to malpractice by a young blond hair veterinarian. We take are kitten to this vet and she gets a clean bill of health so they ask us to vaccinate her, 7 days later she is dead and the reason the manager at the salmon arm clinic said was that the vet didn’t take her temperature and she wasn’t showing any signs of sickness so they vaccinated her even tho I asked the vet about the buggers she had and I was told she would grow out of that. This loss has affected are family greatly and I would not like any other family to go through what we had to. My name is Brandon yurkin u can call me anytime 250-515-3882 and I will discuss the disgusting malpractice that we received from this veterinarian office that I had been using for 13 years up to today. NEVER AGAIN WILL I LET THIS VETERINARIAN PRACTICE KILL ANOTHER ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS because I’ll never go back. So take ur own risk of ur animals in hand when u use this location in salmon arm.

Terrible experience for my animal , and insulting experience for owner.
The office staff are wonderful , and some wonderful vets are employed here. Sadly , it only takes one to make a bad experience.

Unfortunately our little "lion" Salsa became quite ill at aged 15 and had to be put to sleep. The staff at the Shuswap Veterinary Clinic were so compassionate! They immediately ushered us into a room and explained the process. We were given as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes which was greatly appreciated. A beautiful card was sent a week or so later. Thank you for caring! It means the world to us pet owners.

We brought our 13 year old Bull Mastiff into the clinic with severe diarrhea and stomach pains. We were afraid we would be told she was too old to treat and would have to put her down. Instead Dr. Richard Auck was very compassionate and professional. He examined her and prescribed medicine to treat her. Within 3 days she was fully recovered and back to her happy self. Awesome Doctor and clinic, thank you!

Compassion, kindness, respect and understanding describe our recent experience with the Vet. Clinic. Euthanasia services were recently required with our 13 year old dog due to health and personality issues. Our difficult family decision was supported throughout this by all involved staff. Professionalism with a human touch was appreciated. I highly recommend this Vet Clinic.

BE AWARE THIS CLINC KILLED ARE KITTEN. Be aware there only in it for the money not the health of ur animal. We lost are baby 4 month old kitten this week due to malpractice by a young blond hair veterinarian. Unfortunately our little "lion" Salsa became quite ill at aged 15 and had to be put to sleep. The staff at the Shuswap Veterinary Clinic were so compassionate! They immediately ushered us into a room and explained the process. We were given as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes which was greatly appreciated. We brought our 13 year old Bull Mastiff into the clinic with severe diarrhea and stomach pains. We were afraid we would be told she was too old to treat and would have to put her down. Compassion, kindness, respect and understanding describe our recent experience with the Vet. Clinic.
