My Muffin passed away a few months ago and I have to tell you the last number of years after you paralyzed her after she got her vaccinations years ago, is something I will never forget or forgive you for. You called and told me to take down my negative reviews but you never apologized you never seem sympathetic you just cared about your reputation. Only someone pathetic would worry more about their reputation than paralyzing a dog after giving routine vaccinations and not even saying anything about it. Cost me almost $10,000 in the last six years of her life after numerous surgeries and physiotherapy left my dog unable to walk properly or ever run again and jump and be a happy normal dog. Dr. Tom taught you how to be as shifty as he is and I can’t believe you people are still in business. Pass the message onto (Dr) Tom that I hope he choked on the thousands of dollars he stole from me lying telling me he was starting dog rescue in Mexico with me. You can’t do anything about my negative reviews because they’re truthful and from my honest experience.

Dr. Tom took thousands of dollars from me to supposedly help a rescue in Mexico and never did anything for it except host me at his house for 2 days in Cabo and let me go to his clinic there for an afternoon. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, DR. TOM?? Then, after Justin gave my dog vaccinations, she became paralyzed. Cost me $6,000.00 to have her back surgery, rehab, etc. How much did you charge us to euthanize or dog at home?? Like $600.00?? What a rip off company. I could sure use that money now, Dr. Tom. How about you send it to me? I actually told him that if he needed more, I could give it to him because I was so misled by him to help the dogs in Mexico. He said, 'oh, $5,000.00 more isn't enough!' I never spoke to him again and that's when I realized I got scammed. He tried to show me a list of what he did for my money. What a farce!! He has a vet working for him in Cabo and it went towards his salary!! We will swear to this all in court and that's what we should have done - TAKEN HIM TO COURT FOR BEING SCAMMED! I guess he needed money for the clinic he bought in Gibsons as he was struggling to buy that around the same time. That's my review of these scammers.

On April 19, 2013 we brought our 2 Dogs (Jack Russell) Pina and Silver to your hospital. You took good care of them. We want to thank you for the 2 staff who advised us to call the Police for the record so in case we go to court and we have a file. And so we did filed at Small Claims Court. We have the judgment on March 10, 2015 and the owners were liable for the damages incurred. Unfortunately Pina did not survived, she died May 29, 2013 of Internal Injuries but her sister Silver survived. Thank you for all your help.

My Muffin passed away a few months ago and I have to tell you the last number of years after you paralyzed her after she got her vaccinations years ago, is something I will never forget or forgive you for. You called and told me to take down my negative reviews but you never apologized you never seem sympathetic you just cared about your reputation. Only someone pathetic would worry more about their reputation than paralyzing a dog after giving routine vaccinations and not even saying anything about it. Cost me almost $10,000 in the last six years of her life after numerous surgeries and physiotherapy left my dog unable to walk properly or ever run again and jump and be a happy normal dog. Dr. Tom taught you how to be as shifty as he is and I can’t believe you people are still in business. Pass the message onto (Dr) Tom that I hope he choked on the thousands of dollars he stole from me lying telling me he was starting dog rescue in Mexico with me. You can’t do anything about my negative reviews because they’re truthful and from my honest experience.

On April 19, 2013 we brought our 2 Dogs (Jack Russell) Pina and Silver to your hospital. You took good care of them. We want to thank you for the 2 staff who advised us to call the Police for the record so in case we go to court and we have a file. And so we did filed at Small Claims Court.
