Our diabetic cat was prescribed the wrong kind of insulin with the wrong dosage (a dosage based on 40 iu syringe instead of 100 iu syringe was prescribed) by 186 st animal hospital and this caused him to go into a life threatening hypoglycemic shock. We had to rush him to the emergency which was a very expensive vet bill as it was an overnight stay for out cat. To sum it up, my experience here has been short of good and one that has cost me a lot of money.

We had the sad duty of putting our cat down. The clinic personnel were very compassionate and allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. They were helpful in giving us the info needed to make decisions for post mortem.

The best service and doctor I have meat .. this office has a heart. They sure did not over charge me outrageous price and have help me in this hard time . I had a 6 month old kitten that I found not ...
The best service and doctor I have meat .. this office has a heart. They sure did not over charge me outrageous price and have help me in this hard time . I had a 6 month old kitten that I found not moving and able to stand. I rushed my kitten and emidiatly took charge , he was there 4 days and two surgery. They staff allowed for my cats best friend to visit on second day and my lab kissed him let him know we are there and my cat seam to perk up and fight.its been 7 days and to day we got great news his going to be fine. What all pet owner wants to hear . But also they do not rip you off he only did what is needed and that's it. My final bill from this services was unbelievable,, they saved me about 400. Maybe way more. The doctor is one dam good doctor. I recommend for everyone to go. It's about the pet and you. Like a family for our pets.

We use these vets for the last 5 years and are forever grateful for finding them.They treat our pets like children and we trust them for the best care possible.We went to Thunderbird animal hospital before and met them both there and then when they opened a second location we use both clinics, depending on where its less busy that day. Very convenient.In regards to care, when I got sick and ended up in the emergency myself, I got way worse treatment then my animals, in fact I would be happy to be treated by one of these vets instead of the human doctors that treated me. LOL
So yes, awesome cliic, awesome vets , awesome service.

I was recommended to them by one of my co workers.Fantastic service at very reasonable cost. My cat was having respiratory issues and I was panicked. I called them and got appointment right away. The doctor explained me all the possibilities and recommend doing X rays which was reasonable. Found out that cat is having asthma and was treated accordingly. Cat got better within an hour and is doing really good since then. They even did a follow up call next day which was really appreciated. Great team. Keep it up !!!

We use these vets for the last 5 years and are forever grateful for finding them.They treat our pets like children and we trust them for the best care possible.We went to Thunderbird animal hospital before and met them both there and then when they opened a second location we use both clinics, depending on where its less busy that day.
