Dr. Galmut is the best vet I’ve met. Mayo has fears of vet visit so she can get aggressive when visiting Veterinarians. Due to this we have tried many different vets. Only Dr. Galmut can manage her temper and give her a thorough exam which we’ve never had in the past.

Every once in awhile, you will cross paths with a great person, who sincerely cares, who goes the extra mile, and best of all is "Honest". Eric is just that man. 14 years he has cared for my animal people including my wolf. Eric is not there to to tear the shirt off your back in costs, Eric is there first and foremost to give your four legged animal friend, the very best of care. Some people just have a very special gift, well Eric has that gift. Having cared for the animal people as long as Eric has, it does qualify him with an abundance of experience and unique skills. It's been an honor to Know such a man.

Dr. Gutlam and the staff are focused on the health of your pet, not just making money. They truly are looking out for the best interest of your pet.
My first visit to Aaron Animal Hospital our dog had pancreatitis because another Vet told us our dog had pre-kidney disease and should change his diet. Dr. Gutlam ran a blood panel and said he did not show signs of pre-kidney disease. He helped us get his health back on track by spending nearly an hour discussing his symptoms and solutions.

Dr. Galmut is a great vet. I was looking for a new vet and 2 of my friends (that don't know each other) who are great dog moms (so I trust their recommendations) recommended Dr. Galmut. He's definitely a no-BS kind of doctor, which I respect. No additional fees, unnecessary tests, or frills. He'll help you find cheaper ways to figure out what foods your dog is reacting to, as he usually doesn't recommend pricey allergy testing. His demeanor can be a bit intimidating, it's a tad pricey, and they have weird hours/he seems to be away a lot, but he's a genuinely good doctor who hasn't been desensitized to the suffering of his patients like most doctors do at one point or another. He's intelligent, kind, and compassionate.

This was our first visit and it was awesome! The vet was patient, answered all of our questions, and was very accommodating. Our Great Dane had a really bad nail trim experience a while ago at Petsmart and since then wouldn't let any vet near to clip his nails. The vet offered many options, including trying the trim outside. Our Dane struggled a bit however, the vet tech stuck with it and was so patient. We will definitely be back and continue to visit with Aaron Animal. Highly recommended!

Dr. G is fantastic with the animals. He has been more than accommodating when it comes to your loved one. He is a straight to the point, no muss no fuss Doctor which I love. I'm not there for me I'm there for my dogs. The way he treats my dogs would be how I would if I was a vet, gentle, soft tone, a like they are his own. He will help you with your decisions of care for your pet and give you all the information to make the right decision for you, your family and your pet with no persuasion form him. I trust him completely with my dogs and would recommend him to everyone. Thanks Doc! His Staff Melissa and Janet are always there to help you if you walk in or call. I have never had a question that could not be answered by them or Doc. You can tell that they all love their jobs and love being with your pet. They try to accommodate appointments to the best of your schedule and always will have your meds, food etc ready for you when you need it. Thanks Ladies!

I began going to Dr. Galmut in 1990, when I lived in Cloverdale and raised GSD's.He has always been completely professional, extremely compassionate, explaining his diagnosis and exploring every option. He has always given his best, whether in the middle of the night for my 9 wk.puppy was dying of complications caused by another Vet.(dog alive today because of Dr. Galmut) or routine maintenance, I have never doubted his ability. He has handled many emergencies and tough diagnosis for me, as well as the euthanasia of my dears(when I have been a complete mess). I now raise Pugs and live in Summerland. To maintain their good health, I am in constant need of a Vet. Having bred/raised dogs for 30 years, I have had occasion to need many Vets. Dr. Galmut rates so high with me that I travel to him for all surgeries, because I TRUST him with the LIFES my dogs. Do I think he is expensive?? Absolutely not, but ask what value do you put on your dogs life? He is the best I have known and I recommend him constantly.

Dr. Gulmut is my favorite vet ever!!! Too bad we moved farther away. He truly loves his job, explains everything, a bit pricey but worth every penny. Will do free rechecks, come out to the car to administer shots (was fostering a dog who we couldn't get out of the car). Has always called later that evening to check up on his patience. We were even given his home number once in case we had any problems during the night. He truly does the best he can every time we have seen him, and is one of a kind!

Eric is just that man. 14 years he has cared for my animal people including my wolf. Dr. Galmut is a great vet. I was looking for a new vet and 2 of my friends (that don't know each other) who are great dog moms (so I trust their recommendations) recommended Dr. Galmut. This was our first visit and it was awesome! The vet was patient, answered all of our questions, and was very accommodating. Our Great Dane had a really bad nail trim experience a while ago at Petsmart and since then wouldn't let any vet near to clip his nails. The vet offered many options, including trying the trim outside. Our Dane struggled a bit however, the vet tech stuck with it and was so patient. We will definitely be back and continue to visit with Aaron Animal. Highly recommended!
