I just had to put my cat to sleep and it was a very heart breaking experience, Dr Daudjee was so compassionate and helped guide us thru this.  He sent us to an animal hospital since Parker would need more, he didn't want to do exams that would then just have to be redone and cost us extra money.  After we put Parker to sleep Dr Daudjee took the time to call me and let me know I made the best decision under the circumstances.  He then took the time to meet me and talk to me about everything and answer my questions.  Dr Daudjee is truly a caring Dr and really cares about his patients and their owners.  I have been going to All Critters for many years and they have always made me feel like family.  The staff is amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable.  I highly recommend All Critters. Firstly, i have been going to this vet since I was child well into adult hood and never had a problem until the owners changed. So they rescheduled my male cats neutering 6 times, half the time they made the appointment and didn't put it in their computer and the other half I would bring my cat in and they would call and say they didn't have time to neuter him because he had an undescended testicle which they knew about when he was first examined. They then ripped me off when I asked for a refund on my kitten package claiming it was because they put my cat on an IV when they knew they weren't going to neuter him anyway. They then tried to do other unnecessary, unauthorized work which would have cost me several hundred dollars 3 days before Christmas. My new vet said the dental work they claimed my cat needed was only to get more money out of me after his exam showed none of the stated issues. I learned later through a new acquaintance that they had also taken in their male cat to this vet for a neuter who also had an undecended testicle and they had only taken one testicle, resulting in my friend having to pay to have his poor cat neutered again! This veterinarian is an absolute nightmare. The receptionist was completely rude and unprofessional and completely unapologetic for what they put me and my poor cat through. I 100% deserve an apology from you guys, specifically the receptionist. Read Less

Aside from the Vet being over an HOUR LATE everything was great. We arrived for our 2pm appointment 15 minutes early since it was our first time there and we assumed we'd have to fill out paper work. We were done with the paper work within 5 minutes and moved into a tiny cramped exam room. It was winter but it was sooo hot and humid and smelly and uncomfortable. The assistant weighed our animal and said the vet would be right in. We waited and waited and waited and waited. I was worried my animal might pee on the floor it was taking so long. I checked my watch, it was now 2:30. No one had come in to check on us or update us. If they had just told us they were behind we would've said we could go grocery shopping while we waited since there was a store right beside the vet. Or if some vet emergency came up, I know it can happen, animals get hit by cars all the time or eat things they shouldn't, then we could've went home since we are only a 5 minute drive away. But no one said anything and we kept waiting sweating away bored senseless in the tiny exam room. Checked my watch again. 3pm. Still no vet. Still no update. I was ready to march out of there I was so furious. But if I left that means I wasted over an hour for nothing so I continued to wait. The vet finally came in around 3:15. Our appointment was at 2pm. We had arrived at 1:45. Her name was Dr. Linda Crews and she spent a lot of time with us discussing our animals health. She had a lot of tips and advice but didn't pressure us into buying products or getting unnecessary tests. I was very happy with the time we spent with her but very angry at the wasted time. I don't know if it's common for vets to run late for appointments. It's annoying that no one mentioned anything or tried to explain what was going on. I don't know if I'd go back. I was p*ssed off enough by the wait time to consider seeing a different vet next time. The prices were good though. I called around for prices on the shots and exam and other places were as high as twice the price. Read Less
