Awful business. Took my very very sick dog here. They took my money (they wanted more money but i seriously gave them every penny we had). They gave my dog back still so sick with the answer "yes shes sick".    Took us a couple more weeks so save up more money to bring her somewhere else. They didnt need much time with her to know she was in a lot of pain and theres wasnt much we can do for her other than put her down. They said she was in really bad shape!!! I knew she shouldnt of come home from pacific. It felt like they knew she was dying & they wanted 1 last $ grab. Terrible vet! Read Less

Had to take my 10y old cat here for an emergency appointment for what we found out was an abscess near his rear end. The pricing was very fair, they brought the vet in specifically for our emergency. They were also very compassionate. We are low income and were afraid that it would cost us an arm and a leg but it was extremely reasonable which I hadn't expected. Took my dog here to be put down. The vet was dressed in higheels, full make up, a jumper with a sparkly top, and bling. When she arrived,she pulled up right outside, left her kid in the car and ran in 5min before our appointment. Really felt that we had intrupted her friday. We decided to take the body for burial. At the end of the whole ordeal I had to ask them for something to but the body in and was handed a large plastic bag and then I had to bag my 50 lbs dead dog myself. Not too sure what I think about this place - I took my Pet Dachshund Winkel in to be immunized. I went once and they called me to come in for a booster about a month later. Then they called and told me my dog needed to be inoculated for Kennel cough or Bordetella - this was after I called them and asked about boarding my Dog for a week while I am away. Considering I had just been in twice in the last month, it really didn't make sense to me that my dog hadn't already been giving the shot. So I checked the initial invoice and sure enough it states that Winkel did indeed get his Bordetella inoculation. I don't know if it was a mistake on the assistants part or if they realized that they hadn't actually given the shot. I will say this, it wasn't my first time at this place and they have always been good in the past. However, I am just not sure I want to trust my Dog's health to an outfit that either forgets or neglects to give all the required vaccinations. Read Less

The staff is always wonderful with our little guy. They give us options and don't guilt us into doing crazy treatments to our really old fellow. They are really fair with pricing. Vets are not cheap. Unfortunately no way around that but they do the best they can and try not to charge you an arm and both your legs when your little one is ill. Our guy needs continuing care and we will keep bringing him back here for his checkups. Read Less

TEMPTED TO SUE THIS VET... DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. I would honestly rate 0 stars if I could. We have had nothing but problems with this vet. The deworming pill they gave us for our cat wasn't even meant for cats it was meant for dogs and every time we take our pets here they get fleas and or worms. My precious pup has had to be sedated multiple times because because the 'vetranarian' has messed up with medicine and shots. Beyond furious. This vet is a disgraceful dollar store grade vet.
