So I wrote a one star review for a receptionists assistance towards a doctor we have seen for years and my cat loved her. Today when I call for her medication and ask about the 100 I usually get and got the privilege which was kind and she said no because of my one star review of her staff and wasn't fair. Where I defended my opinion of her receptionist who was almost holding a laugh stated she was doing a favour, and stated in my previous comment.
doctor zaceriah was holding my cats medication because of the Previous star review pointing to the receptionist who clearly wasn't kind and friendly to a patient.
I will continue to share this inconsiderate experience for future clients to move to another vet who treat your furbaby like their very own. Sadly they haven’t done it here lately.
sorry doctor but it was not ok how you came about for a cats meds because of a review and refraining to sell medication when I asked you to stop arguing where I asked you a few times I didn’t want to fight Anymore and continue with my furbabys medication. It’s upsetting how you reacted. Stay safe.

Beware of this place if your dog may need surgical attention or has cherry eye. The staff was kind enough to allow me to visited the vet right before closing as my dog had cherry eye and I wasn't sure if it was something more serious. The female vet was very nice and we were prescribed some drops for his eyes but it didn't help. Fair enough.
Fast forward later, I let the vet know by email how my dog is doing, and she was replying, up until the point where I asked for an estimate of how much the surgery would cost. She didn't reply to me and replied only when I sent another email asking if they received my previous one. She told me that she would get back to me with the estimates, but didn't get back to me at all. It's been over a month and during that time I just decided to take my dog somewhere else.
Bottom line- I know that they may be busy and to be honest, Cherry Eye in dogs is not as serious as other ailments, but it can have adverse effects if left untreated. But with that being said, I did not appreciate being treated like my puppy was secondary matter and they didn't feel any urgency in getting us the help we needed.

Went yesterday for my puppy’s second set of shots. Originally had been told that there wouldn’t be another exam fee for this set of shots, and then they charged me. Once in the room, initial exam was not thorough. I then watched my puppy receive a vaccination in the middle of her back. The doctor said, “I wonder why she’s crying. Most dogs don’t mind the scruff of the neck”, but it was very clearly mid-back, and close to her spine. My dog was in obvious discomfort and nothing was done about it. This makes 2 visits, both times recieving excellent service from the vet techs, but imcomptency and lack of confidence from the actual doctors. They then quoted me $725 for a spay for a 22lb puppy. Will absolutely not be returning here.

Took my cat here after he was showing some signs that he was in pain. The staff was very knowledgeable and had a good idea of what was wrong with him in the first 15 minutes. They were very mindful of my families financial situation and did their best to accommodate us. The Dr was very gentle and was attempting to soothe him the whole time (while he was hissing and growling lol). They even called the following days to check up and give additional advice I'm very pleased with the service we received and my cat is feeling much better already:)

I would like to thank all of the Staff at Panorama Village Animal Hospital for all their care and support after my 7 year young Ginger was diagnosed with Lymphoma . I decided to treat her holistically and she did quite well. Dr Reena was amazing at spelling out how Ginger was doing.With x-rays we were able to monitor her progress. Ginger came back strong and healthy for a couple weeks but then started to fail. Blood tests revealed the Cancer progressed to her Liver. Sad to say we lost our Ginger . My loving companion who had touched so many in so many ways.
I would highly recommend this Vet in all situations to assist with any circumstance that may arise with your pet. Or just for regular maintenance.

We took our sick puppy here and were very impressed with the service. All the staff were very knowledgeable, kind and professional. They explained the treatment and charges ahead of time and gave us options without pressure. They cared enough to call us every few days after Jedi was treated to check on how he was doing. As novice pet owners, we called them a few times with follow up questions and they were very helpful and didn't make us feel like we were bothering them. We are definitely life-long customers after the excellent service we received.

Just about 6 weeks ago, we rushed our beloved lab to this hospital. I knew in my heart that we would be making one of the hardest decisions of our life. Saying goodbye to my Lucy was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. The staff and doctor were so patient, kind and loving with all of us and helped me through this tough decision. There was nothing but love and respect in the room when we said goodbye...and yes...even tears and honest sorrow for us. There was no question that when we suddenly got a new rescue pup, where we would be going for his care. We know that Milo will be in good, loving hands. Thank you for all that you do for all of us! Highly recommend. <3

Dr. Ina is an amazing vet, she's caring and won't put your pet through any unnecessary procedure that your dog or cat does not need. My dog had a liver schunt and as a worried pet parents we would do the research and explore what other pets have gone through. We took all these methods in to discuss with Dr. Ina and she took the time to go through all our questions and concerns. She would tell us what was needed and what wasn't needed, it's just as simple as that. There's no hidden agenda, she just cares deeply for animals. I been taking my dog to Dr. Ina and he's always very happy to see her. She used to work at a pet hospital near my home but since she moved to a hospital further away, I have no hesitation following her where ever she goes because my dog loves to see her. All the staff here are so friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this clinic to any pet owners.

Took my cat here after he was showing some signs that he was in pain. The staff was very knowledgeable and had a good idea of what was wrong with him in the first 15 minutes. We took our sick puppy here and were very impressed with the service. All the staff were very knowledgeable, kind and professional.
