I've been coming here for two years, and everyone is really helpful and friendly. The vets took a different approach to my cat's chronic skin problems, and have persisted in trying different solutions which has really helped her overall health. We bring our dog Artemis here and couldn't be happier. The staff at Kerrisdale Vet are very friendly, patient and understanding. We had to let our last dog go in 2014 and the staff were incredibly sweet and helped make an awful situation a bit more comfortable. Dr. Morley is fantastic and her compassion for animals is undeniable. She went into the rain to initially examine my dog in the car, and then when we brought my doggie inside she took her time to fully examine Daisy-Lou and answer my million questions. This is such a great vet clinic. after trying three other places in Vancouver, I couldn't get my cat's unexplainable fur loss and skin problems under control until I came here. They are very gentle and kind to my cat, listen to what I have to say, and are open all the time. Sarah Morley has been very helpful and proactive, going above and beyond to help me, trying different techniques and even calling me to make sure everything my cat was getting better. We ve been going here for years. I love thier common sense approach to things. I also  couldn't have been more touched with how compassionate and caring Dr Jan Craven was with our dog Sam. When it was his time to go, You couldn't have found a better team. Our latest addition managed to swallow some underwear, and rather than rush to surgery, they gave great counsel and advice and happily he didn't need any extreme intervention. I highly recommend . We have received excellent care for our two dogs from Kerrisdale for many years. All the vets at the clinic are very skilled and compassionate, and the support staff are warm, friendly and professional. We continue to make the commute across town to this clinic even after our move to East Van. So I have a very exotic pet, a hedgehog, that I really really love.  A couple of months ago, he started to get sick and lose his quills.  I went to a lot of different vet hospitals and this was one of the top three place on my cell's speed dial.Sitting in the waiting room, I noticed that the staff were so friendly and kind to the animals. They weren't even scared of my pet.   They remembered each animal's name and personality.  My pet's doctor was young, but super helpful.  She even went out of her way and called Tiggy Winkles in England to ask their advice.They treat a lot of dogs and cats and one of the few places that cater to some exotic animals.  What happened to my pet ?  The medicine work, my pet's quills are back and I definitely would recommend this place !!!
