I would rather read these reviews first and wouldn't waste my 600$ for one visit, I brought my 15 years old cat on November 28 th, my cat has a bladder inflammation andan excess of urination because of that, he was treated with antibiotics 3 times. In this year and developed the resistance to them I paid twelve thousands in this year and nothing worked, I found him weak again and brought to North Vancouver vet, we went through blood and urine tests , blood test showed low potassium and doctor prescribed my cat potassium supplements in a very careful dose , adjusted to his weight and blood work result for one month long and kidney support supplements , he got better but was still weak, I was looking for a second opinion again , hoping if other clinic might use any natural remedies that could help us , because antibiotics did not help any. more and came to Market Hill vet, doctor looked pleasant and staff was welcome, we paid 600$ and even I had 2 weeks old urine test done I paid it again, he told me to stop any other supplements and to follow with his recommendations only, and he said he ll call me after test results to follow up and give us a treatment that should help. Since we paid money he lost any interest to us and never followed up with us, his recommendations didnt work, I decided to keep other doctor's prescription and call him to ask if his medicine could be given with supplements from other vet, he was rude and said its none of his business and I should call the vet that gave it to us, the medicine he prescribed didnt help at all, I called him again he said he ll find something effective to us and call in a few days, he never did, I called clinic again and left message to his assistant reminding him we keep waiting for his help, he never called us for 2 weeks after that, I couldnt wait any longer and called again today and told his assistant that I was extremely unhappyAnd going to leave a negative review or request my money back I paid for the exam at least because doctor just took money and never followed up with us, you wont believe it, he called me and started to yell at me very loud ! he said : what did u tell to my assistant ! say it again ! !! I did try to explain my complain he interrupted me rudely and said I should stop talking and just listen to him, he was so rude UNBELIEVABLE , I lost my speech, he didnt let me say a word, he said he is closing my case and started to threaten me, if I leave a bad review he is going to call to SPCA about me damaging my cat by given him potassium supplements prescribed by other clinic!!! Really! Iwas following veterinarian doctor's prescription and blood test showed low potassium thats why doctor prescribed us these supplements , what is the Nonsense ! Is he educated enough? He was unacceptably rude and aggressive trying to say anything that came to his mind , I disconnected the call and got shaking hands, I couldn't believe that a doctor could be so rude to his customer in Canada, I d like to see if he would be the same rude and brave with me if i would be a man not a woman!THIS IS VERY WRONGI am going to report itAnd who he is saying that other clinic's prescription dangerous and wrong ? The dose and supplement was given by professional vet clinic based on test results ! Is it professional ?! It helped my cat and that vet followed up with us, i would rather stayed with them till nowAnd come back to them after my UNBELIEVABLE bad experience in Market HillI believe his tactics is to look special talking to customers disrespectful about other doctor's prescriptionsExtremely unhappy and shockedAll day spent being upset and shaking, its like you paid 600$ for one time visit and were offended !!! I really like this vet.He is knowledgable, takes the time to answer any questions I have, and takes good care of my cats.I appreciate the fact that, when appropriate, he will give me more than one option to consider, from the most expensive and excellent, to a more reasonably priced and acceptable... allowing me the opportunity to make some choices. It is a small family-operated clinic, with a friendly atmosphere.We are lucky to have Dr. Reza Rashidi I our neighbourhood.

Dr R and his amazing staff are truly excellent: when one of my dogs was very very ill, Dr R gave me his home cell number so I could call him anytime. He is very thorough, kind, and compassionate. He is the best diagnostician I have found - my other dog suffered from allergies for years and was on cortisone type drugs - Dr R correctly diagnosed his food allergies; we changed his food, and no problems at all.
Also, his prices are very fair (not always the case in Vancouver!)

My 9 year old cat developed a skin condition, and since Market Hill Animal Hospital is close by, I decided to try Dr. Raza Rashidi services and I was very pleased. Dr. Rashidi is a very knowlegeable vet and seemed very committed to operate his clinic as a community aminal hospital. As well, the staff is compassionate and friendly. I also found the pricing competitive, and Dr. Rashidi was very generous when I had to switch medication a couple of times. It is great to have this kind of service in our neighbourhood, and I hope many will support the hospital.

My 9 year old cat developed a skin condition, and since Market Hill Animal Hospital is close by, I decided to try Dr. Raza Rashidi services and I was very pleased. Dr. Rashidi is a very knowlegeable vet and seemed very committed to operate his clinic as a community aminal hospital. As well, the staff is compassionate and friendly. I also found the pricing competitive, and Dr. Rashidi was very generous when I had to switch medication a couple of times. It is great to have this kind of service in our neighbourhood, and I hope many will support the hospital.
