I have had a very positive experience at this clinic. Previously, my cat was being seen by a different dermatologist in town who simply speaking was awful. We had this clinic recommended to us afterwards and it was like night and day. Dr Cox was amazingly well informed and seemed to really care about the best interests of my animal.

Dr. Defalque is really professional and caring. He listened to the quite long story of skin problems of my cat with attention and explained in details what was going to happen every step of the way. The 2 technicians who helped with my cat were absolutely adorable to her and to me. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a veterinary dermatologist.

Dr Udenberg & his staff were absolutely amazing today. They made an accommodation to see Sully today to help us with his extreme facial lesions and has given us hope. He was very thorough & fast at ta...
Dr Udenberg & his staff were absolutely amazing today. They made an accommodation to see Sully today to help us with his extreme facial lesions and has given us hope. He was very thorough & fast at taking samples & scrapings so that Sully did not need to too stressed out. We are hoping that to get back on the right track . Thank you so much for taking the time to see us today !

Dr Udenberg and Staff are very caring and helpful when trying to determine what my dog's allergies are and how best to help her. The follow up is great via E-mail and phone calls and repeat visits.

We brought our puppy Kenny in with a couple of different conditions that were causing him a range of skin problems but also made him tired & depressed. Not a nice thing to see a 3 month old puppy go t...
We brought our puppy Kenny in with a couple of different conditions that were causing him a range of skin problems but also made him tired & depressed. Not a nice thing to see a 3 month old puppy go through. Dr. Defalque was very helpful from the start and gave us a lot more confidence that we would find a way to get Kenny better. After 7 weeks our little puppy is back with all his energy & his health is restored. The Dr was also so great at giving us support over email & we found him very accessible with his primary concern being the wellbeing of Kenny. Thank you so much!!

Dr Vincent Defalque and Dr Tyler Udenberg are amazing. Vancouver is lucky to have these two brilliant and compassionate (and fun!) veterinary dermatologists.

I have had a very positive experience at this clinic. Previously, my cat was being seen by a different dermatologist in town who simply speaking was awful. We had this clinic recommended to us afterwards and it was like night and day. Dr Cox was amazingly well informed and seemed to really care about the best interests of my animal.

We brought our puppy Kenny in with a couple of different conditions that were causing him a range of skin problems but also made him tired & depressed. Not a nice thing to see a 3 month old puppy go through. Dr. Defalque was very helpful from the start and gave us a lot more confidence that we would find a way to get Kenny better.
