My dog is 8Lbs poodle, 6 years old. She had teeth cleaning and 3 loose teeth extracted today. Dr. Chuang and reception are very nice, loveing and tender to my dog, and gave clear explanation of the procedure and fees. Fees are reasonable comparison to other clinics. We have seen Dr. Chuang since puppy. The most important thing is that my dog was in good care and safe. The total experience is very good . I will recommend Dr. Chuang to friends and continue him as my dog’s vet. Thank you! Dr. Chuang.

It's a decent clinic and even though it's very far away from where I live I usually go back here because my dogs are familiar with the doctor but I'm not searching for another not just because of the distance but how the treat. Some nurses are very friendly and seem to know what they're going but some are very clueless which makes me very anxious. I have my own personal opinion about the Dr. but I'll leave it out because that have nothing to do with the dogs but how he make me feel. Either way, the doctor is professional and once found my dog cracked her jaw but she never cried or whined or showed any discomfort therefore I didn't realized. She got a surgery there and was successful and came back safe and healthy. One thing I absolutely don't like about this clinic however, is that they sometimes (quite often actually) suggests things that are very unnecessary makes me feel like a they are sometimes just in for the money. Also, for every little thing like teeth cleaning they give them shots (extra payments, my dogs don't like it, and it's completely unnecessary) any other local clinics around where I lived did not need them. Overall, it's not a bad clinic but there are seriously much much better. Although, if you really don't know any other clinics that are decent and you can't find much information and people to recommend you to feel safe with and you live really near by then this clinic is fine

I took my dog to this clinic throughout her long years - not regularly - but this was my main vet. He operated to remove a cancerous growth - it was a very good surgery. In that surgery he was careful to retain her fur pattern although I never asked for that it was a thoughtful action. The staff are caring and professional. They remember my dog and are very considerate of her and myself. Other pet owners that I've asked about this vet all say that he is good.

It's the only clinic i would take my dog to after experience about a dozen around the city. Dr Sam cured my dog's bad breath problem and my dog never been healthier. You know it's a good clinic when your dog wants to go into it and say hi to all the staff and doesn't want to leave. Some days it can be busy so i suggest to call ahead. Charged are reasonable. Not the cheapest in town but i rather pay a fair price for the best service. I would highly recommend anyone give this place a try and you won't be going elsewhere... Before when i brought my dog to spca, i had to drag her in and she would pee herself while waiting. You know it's not a good place if your dog don't like it either.

As a customer, I have been here a handful of times for check ups for my dog and once for my boyfriend's ferrets. Dr. Chuang was a decent vet himself, but we felt like there were unnecessary add ons that would be billed afterwards. Some of the staff seem to know what they're doing, while others do not.From this experience alone, I would not be returning and would rather drive further to take my dog to the BC SPCA.The guidelines state that I should not be reviewing the business if I am an employee of the clinic; however, I was a former employee. From that experience, I would not recommend others to visit. While I was an inexperienced staff of the clinic, I was asked to clean pets and hold down pets for shots. I was not trained or instructed, and I have never been to veterinary school. For that alone, I don't think people should be coming here. My own personal reason I will never come back to this clinic is because I got bitten in the face by a client's dog, to the point where I was bleeding. I was not offered antibiotics until I said I wanted to go home, I was not given an apology, I was not told what shots this dog has had. My nose and cheek was swollen for days afterwards.

Finding a good veterinarian now-a-days isn't a simple as it might seem. One who will treat your pet just as good as you do and always be compassionate, thoughtful, gentle and considerate. Well, I found these traits plus many more with Dr Sam Chuang at Pacific Pet Clinic. He is a avid animal lover himself and has proven to me time and time again he is a master when it comes to his expertise in the trade and truly extraordinary in his profession. I wouldn't go anywhere else! His staff is equally as great and the girls are so sweet sending you emails and cards thanking you for letting them take care of your beloved pet. This is a rarity in any clinic I have ever attended but not here. At all times they were friendly, courteous and professional. I have been to a number of vets in the past but none even come close to Dr Sam Chuang. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking outstanding and quality care for their pets.

My dog is 8Lbs poodle, 6 years old. She had teeth cleaning and 3 loose teeth extracted today. Dr. Chuang and reception are very nice, loveing and tender to my dog, and gave clear explanation of the procedure and fees. Fees are reasonable comparison to other clinics. We have seen Dr. Chuang since puppy. The most important thing is that my dog was in good care and safe. The total experience is very good . I took my dog to this clinic throughout her long years - not regularly - but this was my main vet. He operated to remove a cancerous growth - it was a very good surgery. In that surgery he was careful to retain her fur pattern although I never asked for that it was a thoughtful action. The staff are caring and professional. They remember my dog and are very considerate of her and myself. Other pet owners that I've asked about this vet all say that he is good.

It's the only clinic i would take my dog to after experience about a dozen around the city. Dr Sam cured my dog's bad breath problem and my dog never been healthier. You know it's a good clinic when your dog wants to go into it and say hi to all the staff and doesn't want to leave. Some days it can be busy so i suggest to call ahead. Charged are reasonable. Not the cheapest in town but i rather pay a fair price for the best service. I would highly recommend anyone give this place a try and you won't be going elsewhere... Before when i brought my dog to spca, i had to drag her in and she would pee herself while waiting. You know it's not a good place if your dog don't like it either.

As a customer, I have been here a handful of times for check ups for my dog and once for my boyfriend's ferrets. Dr. Chuang was a decent vet himself, but we felt like there were unnecessary add ons that would be billed afterwards. Some of the staff seem to know what they're doing, while others do not.From this experience alone, I would not be returning and would rather drive further to take my dog to the BC SPCA.The guidelines state that I should not be reviewing the business if I am an employee of the clinic; however, I was a former employee. From that experience, I would not recommend others to visit. While I was an inexperienced staff of the clinic, I was asked to clean pets and hold down pets for shots. I was not trained or instructed, and I have never been to veterinary school. For that alone, I don't think people should be coming here. My own personal reason I will never come back to this clinic is because I got bitten in the face by a client's dog, to the point where I was bleeding. I was not offered antibiotics until I said I wanted to go home, I was not given an apology, I was not told what shots this dog has had. My nose and cheek was swollen for days afterwards.

Finding a good veterinarian now-a-days isn't a simple as it might seem. One who will treat your pet just as good as you do and always be compassionate, thoughtful, gentle and considerate. Well, I found these traits plus many more with Dr Sam Chuang at Pacific Pet Clinic. He is a avid animal lover himself and has proven to me time and time again he is a master when it comes to his expertise in the trade and truly extraordinary in his profession. I wouldn't go anywhere else! His staff is equally as great and the girls are so sweet sending you emails and cards thanking you for letting them take care of your beloved pet. This is a rarity in any clinic I have ever attended but not here. At all times they were friendly, courteous and professional. I have been to a number of vets in the past but none even come close to Dr Sam Chuang. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking outstanding and quality care for their pets.
