As a customer, I have been here a handful of times for check ups for my dog and once for my boyfriend's ferrets. Dr. Chuang was a decent vet himself, but we felt like there were unnecessary add ons that would be billed afterwards. Some of the staff seem to know what they're doing, while others do not.From this experience alone, I would not be returning and would rather drive further to take my dog to the BC SPCA.The guidelines state that I should not be reviewing the business if I am an employee of the clinic; however, I was a former employee. From that experience, I would not recommend others to visit. While I was an inexperienced staff of the clinic, I was asked to clean pets and hold down pets for shots. I was not trained or instructed, and I have never been to veterinary school. For that alone, I don't think people should be coming here. My own personal reason I will never come back to this clinic is because I got bitten in the face by a client's dog, to the point where I was bleeding. I was not offered antibiotics until I said I wanted to go home, I was not given an apology, I was not told what shots this dog has had. My nose and cheek was swollen for days afterwards. Read Less
