Received best of care! We have been going to PGVH for 4 years now and have received the very best of care for our Maltese/Yorkshire Terrier, Suki. Dr. Carmen Chan and her support team of Veterinary Technicians and assistants are extremely professional, attentive and compassionate in every aspect of their veterinary practice. Ten days ago our beloved 12 year old Maltese went into sudden congestive heart failure, although healthy in every other way. Dr. Chan and her team did everything they could to help Suki and discussed with me all the possible outcomes for Suki that harrowing morning. As it turned out Suki’s heart was in complete failure and there was no remedy for her so we proceeded with euthanasia to ease her passing. The compassion that followed from Dr. Chan and her team was so comforting and reassuring and I thank them all greatly for helping Suki and our family through the process of Suki’s passing. I highly recommend Point Grey Veterinary Hospital as a source for receiving excellent professional care for your most beloved furry best friends.

Great vet clinic! We've taken all three of our dogs here and are so happy with the care and attention each of our dogs have received. The vets have taken time to discuss options and provide information to us, so different than any other vet we've been to. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

My English Cocker, Bella, had sat on a wasps nest that was underground. She was swarmed as was I as I grabbed her away from her attackers. We found ourselves in an emergent situation and running through the doors at Point Grey Vet Hospital was a comforting and calming event. The staff immediately rallied and my sweet Bella who was in shock was professionally treated with speed, confidence and compassion. Not just for my dog but also for myself, as I was still reeling and wincing from the multiple stingers that were still striking me in multiple places all over my body. They directed me to the local pharmacy and assured me Bella was in good hands. She certainly was.
An excellent team with skill and customer service above and beyond most others that I have attended in a lifetime of owning pets.

Have recently had to have euthanized our beloved companion Caper. She was a 15 1/2 year old Border Colie and member or our family.
Dr. Clark and all of the staff were absolutely incredible. I am indebted to them for their compassion and kindness and care of our Caper until her death. Thank you for seeing us through this difficult time. Also, I want to acknowledge the amazing care provided to Caper by Dr. Chan. Dr Chan supported Caper through her twilight years with lots of practical advice and knowledge. So, you have just superb clinicians and a wonderful team of veterinary assistants and front staff. We decided to entrust our puppy Aimee to the care of Dr. Chan after checking out a few veterinary clinics before Aimee arrived. We had a chat with Dr. Chan and subsequently asked her questions by email, which she answered promptly. From Day One, Aimee has loved her visits with Dr. Chan and her staff. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss our concerns and answer our questions. She and all her staff are warm and caring. The clinic is clean, and appointments are on time. This veterinary hospital is under new management since mid-August, which is a good thing. I had only one experience with the previous team and it was not a good one.Dr. Carmen Chan has proven to be a caring, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor for our 19-year old cat. She listens carefully to her clients and provides easy to understand solutions. I also sense her influence on the rest of the team at the hospital. We fully intend to continue to use this hospital and would recommend it to others.

I really appreciated that beginning to our relationship.We had seen two other vets, awesome people, who were content to treat the problem but were unable to make any headway with the cause/prevention.I did as Dr Davidson suggested and now, two months later, his skin is clear and his hair is regrowing.I am grateful and I definitely recommend Dr Robertson and his very helpful team.

I really like this vet hospital. The two new vets who have replaced Dr. Pedlow are really good, and I love that the office always fits us in. The staff really seem to like animals, and are always affectionate, which is not the case with all vet offices. When my dog comes in, they greet her really enthusiastically and talk about how cute she is (I love this, of course!)! They've helped my dog with a few problems, and she loves going there, which is also not always the case! Very easy to park right in front, too, which makes a difference for convenience. Thumbs up for me.

Dr. Chan is very thorough and takes the time to explain the risks and benefits of procedures she recommends. I feel very comfortable bringing my pets here.

This veterinary hospital is under new management since mid-August, which is a good thing. I had only one experience with the previous team and it was not a good one.Dr. Carmen Chan has proven to be a caring, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor for our 19-year old cat. She listens carefully to her clients and provides easy to understand solutions. I also sense her influence on the rest of the team at the hospital. We fully intend to continue to use this hospital and would recommend it to others.

I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Davidson and his staff. He spends a lot of time explaining the situation and is very compassionate. He also follows up with personal phone calls to make sure that our dogs are doing alright. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Veterinary Clinic to anyone who cares about the best available for their furry loved ones.

I brought my 10 year old cat in to see about an allergy on his tummy.Entirely my fault, i was late to the appointment and was welcomed anyway. I really appreciated that beginning to our relationship.We had seen two other vets, awesome people, who were content to treat the problem but were unable to make any headway with the cause/prevention.I did as Dr Davidson suggested and now, two months later, his skin is clear and his hair is regrowing.I am grateful and I definitely recommend Dr Robertson and his very helpful team.

I've taken my cat to see Dr. Davidson several times now, and received excellent care. He's incredibly thorough and explains things in depth. He handled my poor frail kitty very gently and still went over him ears to tail. We got great treatment, advice and follow-up. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Davidson.

I really like this vet hospital. The two new vets who have replaced Dr. Pedlow are really good, and I love that the office always fits us in. The staff really seem to like animals, and are always affectionate, which is not the case with all vet offices. When my dog comes in, they greet her really enthusiastically and talk about how cute she is (I love this, of course!)! They've helped my dog with a few problems, and she loves going there, which is also not always the case! Very easy to park right in front, too, which makes a difference for convenience. Thumbs up for me.
