This clinic is everything you want for your rabbit. Not only they were among the first ones to have a RHDV2 vaccine ready after the outbreak, they have been nothing but compassionate and caring. Archie was neutered a few days ago, and even though I was really worried about the surgery, everything went so great. They kept him there all day and when we picked him up, he was fully awake and already eating and pooping. His recovery is going as smoothly as I could ever imagine. They even called us the next day asking how he was doing, which proves they truly care about the animals they treat. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

With the unfortunately introduction of Rabbit hemorrhagic Disease into Canada, I had no choice but to vaccinate my buns. I took the recommendation for the West Boulevard Vet, from the lady at Vancouver Rabbit rescue. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! The counter staff were friendly and I was brought into the exam room promptly. The Vet was fantastic. She was very positive and personable. I felt like she really cared about my babies and really wanted to hear about their personalities and any concerns. I never felt rushed during the appointment. I also appreciated that I was left a message on my phone with more info regarding a question I had during the appointment. I would recommend this location to any rabbit owners out there!

Cats have been a part of our household for more than 30 years, with this clinic providing care for all of them. Four of the six cats required no more than vaccinations and an annual routine check-up, but two had significant health problems. All our cats received individual attention and health care from the veterinarians and all staff.
The clinic provides medical expertise, love for the individual animals, and information for the animals' human families about options available - this was true for us and other families. As new vets and staff joined the clinic, they honed their skills in delivering the same approach to veterinary practice that originally brought us to the clinic. We have no hesitation providing an "exceptional" review.
For the past year and an half, we have been looking after an older dog while the owner recovers from serious illness. The clinic welcomed the dog as a "long term" visitor and provides monthly shots for the dog and advise to us. Very much appreciated!

Had originally had my rabbit at a different vet (which we still have our dog at) but after adopting a second rabbit, I was urged to take them both here as they specialize in small animals. Honestly, they are freaking amazing with my rabbits! One of my rabbits continues to have some issues after once ingesting plastic years ago and every time I bring him in they are incredibly friendly, patient and compassionate. Would highly recommend anyone - particularly those with small animals - to go here. They are wonderful!

I was looking for a vet with experience with rabbits and decided to take my two rabbits to West Boulevard Veterinary Clinic after reading a lot of good reviews on the clinic.
Dr. Kutney was extremely kind, patient and observant, and she spent over an hour examining my rabbits. One of my rabbits has multiple complex health issues and she asked a lot of questions to determine how to best care for her. I have seen a lot of rabbit vets over the years and she was by far the best one that I have encountered so far.
The price is also very reasonable and I believe a lot cheaper than other vets based on some of the reviews that I read online and some of the vets that I've visited in the past. Dr. Kutney is highly experienced with rabbits (over 25 years) and I would highly recommend her to other rabbit owners.

I maybe wouldn't say my dogs run in to the office, but that's no reflection on the office, my dogs have issues. Dr Potter and her team have always given them incredible care. They make us feel like we are valued and appreciated. That's a good way to feel.
Parker is large. Well, fat really. Stanley was really fat. They're really well fed. Most vets would have given up on me, but Dr Potter and the whole office continue to believe that I will learn. We shall see...

Great veterinary clinic to take your four legged family to. The vets and techs are really good and thorough. I take my guinea pigs there and the vets have always been gentle, understanding and treated them with respect. When they couldn't reach a diagnosis for my one sick piggy, despite running relevant tests and doing research, they referred me to a specialist. They sent through all the records and stayed informed on her case after the referral. This speaks of vets that care about the animals instead of just being out to make a quick buck. The front desk staff have always been friendly, efficient and caring. I really trust these people with my little ones, and that is saying a lot.

WBVC has been taking care of our pets ever since the seventies. That includes four dogs and six cats. We've never had anything but the best experience with Janne and Sarah and the rest of the vets and staff who we've gotten to know over the years, most recently Erin. Last week, on Christmas eve, our Yorkie Lizzie gobbled down a spoonful of potato salad heavily laden with raw onions, and we were very worried. I sent an email on Christmas morning to the clinic and within a few minutes Sarah replied with helpful information and got us through the "crisis" AOK. What she told us was far more helpful than anything I found posted on the web. I don't know why, but these kinds of crises always occur around holidays. It was so kind of Sarah to help us out.

A big thank you to Dr. Potter, Dr. Rurak, Amanda, Erin and everyone at the clinic for saving Shasta. This is the best and the only animal clinic that you would want to take your pets to. The doctors and the team are very friendly and family oriented. My Shasta has visited the clinic twice for different issues. The second visit was bit of dramatic as I was prepared for the worst. Dr. Potter did not give up on my little Shasta. Both her and her team performed an experiment and saved my little furry friend. Shasta is recovering well and has back to her normal actives. i cannot express my gratitude enough for the wonderful job you have done. THANK YOU (from Mira) & XOXO (from Shasta)

I have gone to this clinic for at least 20 years now and have had nothing but the best of care for a long list of beloved pets. Many dogs, a cat, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, and birds have all been treated with expert and loving care. They have always taken the time to answer all my questions and carefully explain treatment options. I have never been unhappy with the veterinarians or the rest of the staff. Great clinic!!

Janne, Sarah, Karen and all the staff at WBVC are awesome. Have been taking our dogs, cats, and rabbits there for years. When we finally had to put down our very old dogs they were so compassionate and caring and made such a difficult time just a little bit easier. During exams they always take the time to explain everything and answer all your questions, which is reassuring when your loved one is not well. I definitely can't recommend them enough.

If you need a Veterinarian, see Janne Potter. Dr. Potter is in my opinion a sweetheart who genuinely cares for the wellbeing of animals. I brought my dog in after being referred here and I wasn't sure if I was making the right decision or not because it didn't have rave reviews unlike other places in Van. Dr. Potter saw me immediately after I arrived (and no one noted that I was 5 minutes late) and she was very nice to my puppy. I have been to other places where the vet treated my dog like a number that he/she could make quick money out of. Dr. Potter and her nurse gave my dog tasty treats and patted him to make him relaxed and happy. In fact my dog really liked her! If this place had boarding/day care I would without doubt trust them! The clinic is very beautiful and clean which was reassuring to me that they are very hygenic. My dog had retained baby teeth and she didn't urge me to do the surgery right away. Even though we came just for the purpose of discussing about teeth, she did extra examinations and her great bedside manners proved to me she was very professional.She tried to convince us on buying the science diet foods available in the vet's office but wasn't so pushy. I can understand that is biased since she does sell those products herself, its not necessary the best choice for them. The consultation fee is $68. I was just a little but dissappointed they don't do simple grooming services for free (like nail trimming) Other vets I have been to offer this. If they had this I would give 5 stars. Overall, great place! I CANNOT WAIT TO BE BACK.

This clinic is everything you want for your rabbit. Not only they were among the first ones to have a RHDV2 vaccine ready after the outbreak, they have been nothing but compassionate and caring. Archie was neutered a few days ago, and even though I was really worried about the surgery, everything went so great. They kept him there all day and when we picked him up, he was fully awake and already eating and pooping. His recovery is going as smoothly as I could ever imagine. They even called us the next day asking how he was doing, which proves they truly care about the animals they treat. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

This clinic is everything you want for your rabbit. Not only they were among the first ones to have a RHDV2 vaccine ready after the outbreak, they have been nothing but compassionate and caring. With the unfortunately introduction of Rabbit hemorrhagic Disease into Canada, I had no choice but to vaccinate my buns. I took the recommendation for the West Boulevard Vet, from the lady at Vancouver Rabbit rescue. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! The counter staff were friendly and I was brought into the exam room promptly. The Vet was fantastic. She was very positive and personable. I felt like she really cared about my babies and really wanted to hear about their personalities and any concerns. I never felt rushed during the appointment. I also appreciated that I was left a message on my phone with more info regarding a question I had during the appointment. I would recommend this location to any rabbit owners out there!

Cats have been a part of our household for more than 30 years, with this clinic providing care for all of them. Four of the six cats required no more than vaccinations and an annual routine check-up, but two had significant health problems. All our cats received individual attention and health care from the veterinarians and all staff.
The clinic provides medical expertise, love for the individual animals, and information for the animals' human families about options available - this was true for us and other families. As new vets and staff joined the clinic, they honed their skills in delivering the same approach to veterinary practice that originally brought us to the clinic. We have no hesitation providing an "exceptional" review.
For the past year and an half, we have been looking after an older dog while the owner recovers from serious illness. The clinic welcomed the dog as a "long term" visitor and provides monthly shots for the dog and advise to us. Very much appreciated!

Had originally had my rabbit at a different vet (which we still have our dog at) but after adopting a second rabbit, I was urged to take them both here as they specialize in small animals. Honestly, they are freaking amazing with my rabbits! One of my rabbits continues to have some issues after once ingesting plastic years ago and every time I bring him in they are incredibly friendly, patient and compassionate. Would highly recommend anyone - particularly those with small animals - to go here. They are wonderful!

I was looking for a vet with experience with rabbits and decided to take my two rabbits to West Boulevard Veterinary Clinic after reading a lot of good reviews on the clinic.
Dr. Kutney was extremely kind, patient and observant, and she spent over an hour examining my rabbits. One of my rabbits has multiple complex health issues and she asked a lot of questions to determine how to best care for her. I have seen a lot of rabbit vets over the years and she was by far the best one that I have encountered so far.
The price is also very reasonable and I believe a lot cheaper than other vets based on some of the reviews that I read online and some of the vets that I've visited in the past. Dr. Kutney is highly experienced with rabbits (over 25 years) and I would highly recommend her to other rabbit owners.

I maybe wouldn't say my dogs run in to the office, but that's no reflection on the office, my dogs have issues. Dr Potter and her team have always given them incredible care. They make us feel like we are valued and appreciated. That's a good way to feel.
Parker is large. Well, fat really. Stanley was really fat. They're really well fed. Most vets would have given up on me, but Dr Potter and the whole office continue to believe that I will learn. We shall see...

Great veterinary clinic to take your four legged family to. The vets and techs are really good and thorough. I take my guinea pigs there and the vets have always been gentle, understanding and treated them with respect. When they couldn't reach a diagnosis for my one sick piggy, despite running relevant tests and doing research, they referred me to a specialist. They sent through all the records and stayed informed on her case after the referral. This speaks of vets that care about the animals instead of just being out to make a quick buck. The front desk staff have always been friendly, efficient and caring. I really trust these people with my little ones, and that is saying a lot.

WBVC has been taking care of our pets ever since the seventies. That includes four dogs and six cats. We've never had anything but the best experience with Janne and Sarah and the rest of the vets and staff who we've gotten to know over the years, most recently Erin. Last week, on Christmas eve, our Yorkie Lizzie gobbled down a spoonful of potato salad heavily laden with raw onions, and we were very worried. I sent an email on Christmas morning to the clinic and within a few minutes Sarah replied with helpful information and got us through the "crisis" AOK. What she told us was far more helpful than anything I found posted on the web. I don't know why, but these kinds of crises always occur around holidays. It was so kind of Sarah to help us out.

A big thank you to Dr. Potter, Dr. Rurak, Amanda, Erin and everyone at the clinic for saving Shasta. This is the best and the only animal clinic that you would want to take your pets to. The doctors and the team are very friendly and family oriented. My Shasta has visited the clinic twice for different issues. The second visit was bit of dramatic as I was prepared for the worst. Dr. Potter did not give up on my little Shasta. Both her and her team performed an experiment and saved my little furry friend. Shasta is recovering well and has back to her normal actives. i cannot express my gratitude enough for the wonderful job you have done. THANK YOU (from Mira) & XOXO (from Shasta)

I have gone to this clinic for at least 20 years now and have had nothing but the best of care for a long list of beloved pets. Many dogs, a cat, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, and birds have all been treated with expert and loving care. They have always taken the time to answer all my questions and carefully explain treatment options. I have never been unhappy with the veterinarians or the rest of the staff. Great clinic!!

Janne, Sarah, Karen and all the staff at WBVC are awesome. Have been taking our dogs, cats, and rabbits there for years. When we finally had to put down our very old dogs they were so compassionate and caring and made such a difficult time just a little bit easier. During exams they always take the time to explain everything and answer all your questions, which is reassuring when your loved one is not well. I definitely can't recommend them enough.

If you need a Veterinarian, see Janne Potter. Dr. Potter is in my opinion a sweetheart who genuinely cares for the wellbeing of animals. I brought my dog in after being referred here and I wasn't sure if I was making the right decision or not because it didn't have rave reviews unlike other places in Van. Dr. Potter saw me immediately after I arrived (and no one noted that I was 5 minutes late) and she was very nice to my puppy. I have been to other places where the vet treated my dog like a number that he/she could make quick money out of. Dr. Potter and her nurse gave my dog tasty treats and patted him to make him relaxed and happy. In fact my dog really liked her! If this place had boarding/day care I would without doubt trust them! The clinic is very beautiful and clean which was reassuring to me that they are very hygenic. My dog had retained baby teeth and she didn't urge me to do the surgery right away. Even though we came just for the purpose of discussing about teeth, she did extra examinations and her great bedside manners proved to me she was very professional.She tried to convince us on buying the science diet foods available in the vet's office but wasn't so pushy. I can understand that is biased since she does sell those products herself, its not necessary the best choice for them. The consultation fee is $68. I was just a little but dissappointed they don't do simple grooming services for free (like nail trimming) Other vets I have been to offer this. If they had this I would give 5 stars. Overall, great place! I CANNOT WAIT TO BE BACK.
