Going to the vet for your pet€s annual check-up is no big deal, but when your pet is suffering, it can be extremely overwhelming. This is the situation I was in, last year, when I moved to Vernon. My beloved cat, Nevada, had come down with a very bad upper respiratory infection and her health was rapidly declining. When I took Nevada into Central Animal Hospital, I was greeted by a friendly and caring staff. Over the next few, heart-breaking weeks, the doctors and staff took care of me along with making my Nevada as comfortable as possible. As a single, full-time working mom, life is never easy, and times of stress can be extremely draining, but knowing that everyone at Central Animal Hospital genuinely felt for us, made a huge difference.
After Nevada passed, everyone was very sympathetic, and in time I received a lovely, heartfelt, personal card, which provided closure. I really felt that everyone went above and beyond the requirements which made this extremely challenging situation somewhat manageable.
When my son and I are ready for a new fur addition to join our family, Central Animal Hospital will be our first stop when it comes to the health and wellness of our new pet. Read Less
