Over the last 20+ years, 3 of my dogs have gone to Creekside vets. The vets are knowledgeable, professional and gentle. The vet techs are so amazing and supportive. I am one of those overbearing dog moms and they understand that. The only negative thing I would say is I wish they didn't charge so much - a simple 10 minute exam or 5 minute gland squeeze has been as high as $80. And I wish their charges were consistent. Sometimes these short appointments are $35, other times $80 - confusing. My current dog had two dental surgeries a few month's apart. Two vets did the surgeries. Because of their preferences (anesthetic, blood work, medications etc.), one vet charged $580 and the other $720. Of course I would pay anything for my girl, but was just disappointed in the differences. When one of my dogs was attacked and killed by another dog, they allowed me the time in one of the rooms to hold my dog and grieve for her. It was a traumatic time for my family, and the vet techs showed us great sympathy. I regret not formally thanking them for this. Overall, good, long-term people work here and they really try to understand how important the human/pet relationship is, balancing that with necessary, proper and compassionate care of animals.
