We had an emergency with our pet cat, long story short it was a very perilous situation that the kitty was in and creekside did an awesome job helping us through it. We made an emergency call in around 2am and had our cat at the vet within 30minutes. His urinary tract had been blocked and we seemingly caught it right in time. He stayed there for just under a week and he was treated very well. We got him home, his meds and aftercare were explained very well and they gave us a bunch of helpful pamplhets about his condition. We were billed and obviously it was a large unexpected cost, but the price was much more reasonable than what we were quoted at other vets. I feel the quality of care and service they provided far exceeded the price they charged. They were an awesome team and I can easily recommend taking you're pets there.

Such caring and gentle people. We have had to say good bye to 2 pets in 2 months, one expected and one surprise. The emergency vet was so great, he showed up at 9 pm to help our dog go to sleep without rushing us at all. And the vet who helped with my cat was so gentle and understanding. She reassured me that it was the best option. The clerks were also so gentle and caring, there was no rushing while I cried and they were so calm and understanding when I came to pick up the ashes. I would recommend Creekside to anyone.

The vets and staff at Creekside have been providing care to my hounds since 1992. Over that time, I've had a number of rescues that have needed varying degree of care. Brian, Murray, Sietske and the other vets and staff have always provided us with absolutely the best care possible, sometimes in very trying and difficult situations. I trust them completely to provide for my dogs.

All about the money...have taken dogs there before for exams and shots...when my new puppy had an unexpected injury, they would not see her until I could pay. I will be looking for a new vet. I even offered them a payment plan that would get them their fee in 4 days. Not good enough, they would prefer my pup to suffer and lose my business. Luckily I did find a compassionate vet in the area who would help me out and gain a new client for all my dogs. Just a short drive north of vernon

I left and will never go back. My only regret was not leaving sooner. Could have really made a difference in my pets lives had I sought out a second opinion before I finally did. Aside from the disturbing lapses in patient care, the office here was annoyingly disorganized too and even after years of being a customer, they couldn't find us in the system. I also don't know why they keep records because they don't use them anyway.

Over the last 20+ years, 3 of my dogs have gone to Creekside vets. The vets are knowledgeable, professional and gentle. The vet techs are so amazing and supportive. I am one of those overbearing dog moms and they understand that. The only negative thing I would say is I wish they didn't charge so much - a simple 10 minute exam or 5 minute gland squeeze has been as high as $80. And I wish their charges were consistent. Sometimes these short appointments are $35, other times $80 - confusing. My current dog had two dental surgeries a few month's apart. Two vets did the surgeries. Because of their preferences (anesthetic, blood work, medications etc.), one vet charged $580 and the other $720. Of course I would pay anything for my girl, but was just disappointed in the differences.When one of my dogs was attacked and killed by another dog, they allowed me the time in one of the rooms to hold my dog and grieve for her. It was a traumatic time for my family, and the vet techs showed us great sympathy. I regret not formally thanking them for this. Overall, good, long-term people work here and they really try to understand how important the human/pet relationship is, balancing that with necessary, proper and compassionate care of animals.

So far I've only been to Creekside twice. The first time was with my dog to get her annual vaccinations and the doctor was great with her. My dog is timid with new people and the vet took the time to make her feel comfortable and the exam and vaccinations went very well.
I went there today as we had a new dog from a rescue and he had had surgery before we got him. There was an issue with the surgery and the internal sutures and the clinic made room in it's very busy schedule to look over my dog and ensure that he was okay. They then didn't even charge me for the visit. I am so impressed with how caring they have been with both of my dogs and I will be a long-term client of theirs from now on.

The vets and staff at Creekside have been providing care to my hounds since 1992. Over that time, I've had a number of rescues that have needed varying degree of care. Brian, Murray, Sietske and the other vets and staff have always provided us with absolutely the best care possible, sometimes in very trying and difficult situations. I trust them completely to provide for my dogs.

All about the money...have taken dogs there before for exams and shots...when my new puppy had an unexpected injury, they would not see her until I could pay. I will be looking for a new vet. I even offered them a payment plan that would get them their fee in 4 days. Not good enough, they would prefer my pup to suffer and lose my business. I left and will never go back. My only regret was not leaving sooner. Could have really made a difference in my pets lives had I sought out a second opinion before I finally did. I am one of those overbearing dog moms and they understand that. So far I've only been to Creekside twice. The first time was with my dog to get her annual vaccinations and the doctor was great with her. My dog is timid with new people and the vet took the time to make her feel comfortable and the exam and vaccinations went very well.
