Everyone at Admirals Walk, from the office staff to the doctors are wonderful! I am always made to feel like my pet and I are a priority. They are prompt with results and answer all my questions. Thank you Dr Cohen for looking after my animals!

Dr. Rick Cohen is a knowledgable, thorough and compassionate professional. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing and is very gentle with our pets. We have three dogs with significant medical conditions. Skin issues, GI issues, severe arthritis, and neurological issues. Rick has managed all our dogs various issues with skill and has always been willing to go the extra mile. He will always refer to a specialist when necessary. Rick and his staff are top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We moved here a number of years ago and we were lucky to have found such a wonderful medical professional to look after our beloved pets.

Rick and his team did an excellent job diagnosing and treating our beloved cat’s thyroid problem. Their caring and thorough approach eased our minds. After taking the prescribed medication, our cat is now maintaining a healthy weight. We would not hesitate to recommend Admirals Walk Pet Clinic.

An amazing clinic. The Doctor here is not only caring, but direct, and helpful. He cares about people as much as the animals, which is actually refreshing in this day and age.

I was calling to make an appointment for my cat(I just moved to BC but took my cat in to a vet before I moved) he is otherwise healthy but for a little persistent problem. After explaining my situatio...
I was calling to make an appointment for my cat(I just moved to BC but took my cat in to a vet before I moved) he is otherwise healthy but for a little persistent problem. After explaining my situation, I was recommended a potential solution that I could try before taking him in.
They said of course if it makes me feel more comfortable I could bring him in right away for an exam, but since I have been to a vet prior I could try this potential solution before coming in for a full exam.
I'm really pleased that she just genuinely wanted to offer a solution instead of having me pay for a full exam to say the same thing.
Will definitely go here for my yearly exam from now on as the fees are really reasonable as well when I asked! I was surprised about this too, because they were similar to my Montreal vet fees and I know it's a lot more expensive to do anything on this island.

Dr. Cohen was helpful, accommodating and made both of our dogs feel relaxed and welcome. I cannot recommend him enough! He helped us save money and provided excellent care for all of our "fur babies"....

Rick has been our vet for our two dogs for a few years; he has been a tremendous help throughout any health issues that have arisen, and he genuinely cares about animals (not just in it for the money....
Rick has been our vet for our two dogs for a few years; he has been a tremendous help throughout any health issues that have arisen, and he genuinely cares about animals (not just in it for the money.) I would not change our vet for anything; he's been a blessing for our two dogs, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I was calling to make an appointment for my cat(I just moved to BC but took my cat in to a vet before I moved) he is otherwise healthy but for a little persistent problem. After explaining my situation, I was recommended a potential solution that I could try before taking him in.
