Dr. Braaten is an extremely knowledgeable, warm and caring doctor. My cat is now a senior and has some thyroid health issues. I asked Dr. Braaten what my options were to proceed with Kylie's care and she gave me the facts and all the info I needed to make a confident decision. Today Kylie is the most spry 16 year old in the neighbourhood and we are so happy and hopeful for her future health.
I feel that Dr. Braaten very honest and invested in the care of Kylie and I trust her opinion. I know some people feel pressured to perform tests that may be unnecessary etc at the vet but I did not feel that at all. Every test that was performed was explained to me and was necessary to Kylie's care. Pricing is super fair :)
It is also definitely worth mentioning that the office is super nice, inviting, clean, comfortable and smells pleasant! Hannah, Chantal and the rest of the team are just wonderful as well. I left our previous care provider to come to Countryside and could not be more pleased with my choice. Honestly I don't think there is a better vet hospital in Victoria.

Dr. Braaten is very caring and thorough. Her clinic is bright and very clean. I've been happily bringing my pets to her for years and recommend Countryside highly.

I was very pleased with how accommodating and friendly both staff and Owner/Veterinarian were during my visit with my sick dog. I am happy to say I've found a new Vet Clinic. Thank you Country Side!

Dr. Braaten is one of the best and her staff is incredible. They take the time to listen to the problem, never rush you and are always available if you have questions and they always follow up with an email after the visit to see how your pet is doing! I have recommended Countryside Pet Hospital to a couple friends, and they have been just as happy as me!
