My partner and I brought our cat Bonnagles here to receive treatment for an upper respiratory infection and were so pleased with the professionalism of the staff! The blonde woman at the front desk was extremely understanding when it came to scheduling and was incredibly helpful when answering questions about treatment. Dr. Hall was great as well and we are so happy to have our Bons back to normal! Keep up the good work everyone!

We want to thank Downtown Vet clinic staff, especially Dr. Degi for taking such great care of our Adi. She was one sick dog and we really had no idea what was wrong. Dr. Degi was caring and extremely thorough in his care of her and was able to make the diagnosis quickly. He explained everything that was going on and ensured we understood. She is like a new dog, playful and full of energy. Thank you again Downtown Vet, I will continue to recommend your services to everyone I know.

I can't say enough good things about everyone at the clinic. They are very kind and compassionate to my cat and they offer me as many choices and options as they can! Not to mention great followup communication! They charge less than other vets I've been to and I've never felt overcharged or taken advantage of for what they offer.

Dr.Degi is one of the nicest vets in the city. The staff is always very friendly and non pretentious. I've worked in vet clinics for 20 years and this is a great one! I'd give them 5 stars, but the prices are a little steep, however all vets in this city seem to be pricey.

Dr. Degi is an incredible doctor. It's not surprising that his staff is also top-notch. If he wants to order blood and / or other tests for your pet - please know he does not do it lightly. Follow his advice.
He worked closely with us when our cat had an acute attack of pancreatitis; our kitty would have died without his guidance. Dr. Degi and I communicated almost daily to discuss kitty's status and what to do, and he would answer questions and listen to what I had to say. Weeks after the crisis, I received an email from Dr. Degi asking how kitty was doing - talk about follow-up! I sent a happy report back to him.
We also have a semi-feral cat who loves our daughter, but absolutely hates all other humans and cats. She has a mean streak and will lash out with her claws and teeth if we try to pet her, or even if we just walk by. I told Dr. Degi, "You get 2 minutes with her, at most, then she will start hissing and get violent" because this is what she's done with 2 vets before him. Dr. Degi spoke to her and stroked her, and she changed into this calm sweet cat who was rubbing all over him. She didn't want to leave him. Now she loves our daughter *and* Dr. Degi (but that's it).
I also appreciate that testing is done right there, at the office. It is difficult to pack up and go to yet another hospital / doctor to have x-rays or urine samples taken. One office visit here and it's all taken care of.
Dr. Degi is a caring, wonderful doctor for your furry family members. It took me 12 years living here to find such a great vet. I wish all the cats in my life had had such great medical care.

Best vet you could possibly ask for. Every staff member is welcoming, understanding and patient - they all go above and beyond in every way. I never experienced any issues bringing my cat in last minute if I had to, and I felt comfortable leaving my cat with them for as long as needed. I was in the clinic quite frequently caring for a cat, who fell in love with Dr. Degi and his staff. They are truly an incredible team and are reliable, consistent, and extremely reasonable with everything right up to costs. I could never thank them enough for their help and support.

My English Bulldog had a severe bacterial infection almost all over his body. A doggy dermatologist Dr. Bajwa visits the Downtown Vet Clinic once a month to see us clients. We are so blessed to have such caring and wonderful people in our corner. The staff of Downtown have shown us such compassion, understanding and patience. They take such good care of my furry family member, and shower him with love and attention. Working with this team at Downtown Clinic, Dr. Bajwa , Mitch and Selina of Kinetic Canine Solutions for grooming, has been a positive and wonderful experience. John Wayne's infection is under control, he looks better than ever, he has more energy now at 6 than he did at 3. Thank you TEAM JOHN WAYNE, no words can express how much we appreciate your devotion and dedication shown to us.

My English Bulldog had a severe bacterial infection almost all over his body. A doggy dermatologist Dr. Bajwa visits the Downtown Vet Clinic once a month to see us clients. We are so blessed to have such caring and wonderful people in our corner. The staff of Downtown have shown us such compassion, understanding and patience. They take such good care of my furry family member, and shower him with love and attention.
