Janet came to our home today , so this is a bit fresh and hard to speak about. Dr. Renton came to euthanize our fur baby cat, Abby, who was a rescue of 18 years of age. When Janet arrived, I was sitting on the couch with Abby on her pillow & I started to get up - she said no, just stay right there. Janet was so calm and kind and caring and respectful of us and Abby that she took much of the stress away and I had no concern about her procedure. She explained every step she took. What a wonderful Dr. and human being. Read Less

Dr. Renton is wonderful. Quiet and loving with my cat. Never subjects her to unnecessary upsets. Thorough, knowledgeable, kind. Coming to my house is less traumatic for all of us!

I've had several veterinarians over the past fifteen years that I've lived in Victoria. On several occasions I've had only fair to poor service for my pets' care while paying premium prices. I've had good service at other clinics in town but often I have felt I've overpaid for the service provided or that I was pressured into getting unnecessary procedures. The service we have received from Epiphany however has been five star all the way. There is a drop-in fee of around 60 bucks but it is well worth it, and you won't be overcharged on exam costs, tests, medications, etc. For end-of-life care for you pet, nothing beats a home visit if a hospital visit can be avoided. The business owner is professional and knowledgeable but also very caring and compassionate. Service does not feel rushed. Give them a call, you won't regret it!Read Less
