I liked the staff there the only thing is they sent my cat to the hospital, the worker recommended a specific doctor there. He tried to rip me off big time and used emotional manipulation to try and get 6000+ dollars from me. I took my cat somewhere else and found what the doctor at the animal hospital had suggested was completely irrational, would cause trauma to my cat and cost anywhere between 6000$-$12000. I feel iffy with the Cat clinic now because I cannot help but wonder if she is feespliting with the doctor from Victorias Animal Hospital.

They really care about your cat without charging an arm and a leg. Their beliefs about your cats care is humane and caring. I have a very old cat that is going downhill and the care plan we have set up for him is caring and not heroic. I would highly recommend this clinic if you truly love your cat!

Dr. Baer is very sincere and genuine in her care for cats and very knowledgeable. I so much appreciate that she is happy to help with a phone call and does not automatically say.."bring him (my cat) in". I highly recommend Heritage Cat Clinic .

Friendly and affordable, this small Fernwood area clinic is a good choice for me and my cat. It has a nice cozy atmosphere and doesn't feel clinical. The doctor is very kind and does a good job of getting Jack his shots quickly. Highly recommended this clinic.

Dr. Baer and her staff were wonderful. This clinic is entirely cat-friendly and has such a lovely atmosphere. We'll be returning for all of our follow-up appointments.

Dr. Baer was a wonderful, gentle veterinarian. My cat is normally afraid of any company that comes over to my house, but warmed up to Dr. Baer right away even though the cat was in a strange environme...
Dr. Baer was a wonderful, gentle veterinarian. My cat is normally afraid of any company that comes over to my house, but warmed up to Dr. Baer right away even though the cat was in a strange environment. Dr. Baer is honest and forthcoming and I felt comfortable speaking to her. After my cat's trip to the vet, my cat was obviously scared but soon after administering her medicine she was back to her normal self. I am so happy I took my cat to the Heritage Cat Clinic and will definitely go back again if any problem arises.

Absolutely would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. Lovely people, great comforting atmosphere, quick results, great price. My cat is always so calm when they deal with him. Love them!

I liked the staff there the only thing is they sent my cat to the hospital, the worker recommended a specific doctor there. He tried to rip me off big time and used emotional manipulation to try and get 6000+ dollars from me. They really care about your cat without charging an arm and a leg. Their beliefs about your cats care is humane and caring. I have a very old cat that is going downhill and the care plan we have set up for him is caring and not heroic. I would highly recommend this clinic if you truly love your cat!
