On our first visit back with a sick kitten we adopted through PCC, I was told a very different version of his history than what we were told when we adopted him. Vet was gruff, hurried, and unwilling to pause to answer questions during exam. As this was the third interaction at the clinic that was less than professional, we decided to switch to a different vet. When she heard we would be switching clinics, she and an assistant followed me to the parking lot and suggested I might want a "new kitten". Absolutely appalled that this was her idea of a solution. Whether this was intentional dishonesty or just a result of poor communication between staff we were very disappointed in our experience and will be using a vet clinic which has time to answer questions and is invested in providing trustworthy, accurate information and communication in the ongoing care of our (non-replacable!) family members. I don't give five stars lightly, however PCC deserves everyone of them. I've had a rough las few months with both of my cats being ill, and this place made everything right again. The past scare I had with one of my guys was a poisoning I incident. I ended up taking him to the central emergency hospital because that is what the situation called for. When I got there I felt so uncomfortable with the care that was being offered that I called PCC to see if I could transfer care to Dr. Bell, as I have worked with her before and she does an amazing job from start to finish. Although I could not transfer him over that evening Dr. Bell helped support me and talked me through what the game plan would be (over the phone) while I was at Central. She also took time to speak to the vet I was dealing with, on top of that she also contacted poison control on my behalf and got a file started that was sent to Central and added to my cats file. The next day I transferred my cat to PCC and he was treated so well! I was allowed to visit him a few times throughout the day and he was eventually released. Dr. Bell gave me a call that evening, at about 945 PM to check up on how everything was going. He had his last check up today and is back to being a crazy cat! Dr. Bell and her team went above and beyond to make sure that both my kitty and I were doing well. I would recommend this place over and over. No one ever wants to find themselves at the vet, but if you do, this place gives peace of mind. P.S - Huge shoutout to Danielle, best vet tech ever. You made Oswald and I feel very comfortable! Excellent service, Dr Bell Goes over and above for her clients and works with meow aid and nana, and will work toward keeping within your budget for her lower income families. That said, her prices tend to run a little higher than average vet, but the service and care she provides is far more than you can expect from any average vet. Amazing care and exceptional work. They also have a wonderful arrangement with a number of cat rescue societies so they often have kittens available for adoption for a fee.  I can't remember exactly how much it was (somewhere around $399.00) which may seem kind of pricey until you look at what it covers; health check; deworming; defleaing; neutering; first shots; and a check-up. There is always a plate of treats for humans and kitties (chocolate chip cookies/fish chews) on the counter. We always feel at home when we have a visit. ^-^ Read Less

I am beyond grateful for the amazing team at Pacific Cat Clinic! They have been incredibly accommodating, thorough, caring, personable, and professional. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend you to bring your cat here! Each team member is an absolute pleasure, they remember you and your cat, give you ample information, and genuinely care about the treatment of your feline. They go above and beyond to make sure your cat is comfortable, for example, they shielded my cats view from other cats when he had to stay overnight because he is sensitive and shy. They communicate very clearly with you and answer all of your questions as thoroughly as possible. Additionally, they have staff members arriving at 7:30, much earlier than other clinics, which I have found very valuable. Read Less

Great employees! Only place I would take our cat. They never take advantage for a profit and always have the best interests of the animal in mind. They also had fresh baked cookies :)

I highly recommend Pacific cat clinic. I think it would be hard to find another cat clinic who shows the level of compassion for the owner & the cat than Pacific Cat Clinic. First time for us in making the very emotional & heartbreaking decision of having our girl of 16yrs put to sleep. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. We felt loved & supported through this very sad & devastating time from Dr.Bell, Danielle, Leah & the rest of the caring staff members. I know Nakiska was in loving & capable hands when she passed away at home. We greatly appreciated the flowers & card signed by all staff. XoRead Less
