Terrible experience if I could give them a minus rating I would . I have spent thousands of dollars at this clinic as my baby was diabetic and last Thursday when my little dog needed help the most they turned us away . Thanks for nothing so in desperation I contacted the millstream vet clinic and within 10 minutes they were caring for my baby ,sadly things didn’t go well but I did find a new and caring vet for my other dog and will never return to Thetis Heights again ! I can't rave enough about the staff & Vetrinarians that we dealt with last week during our holidays. We were traveling through BC when our Dachshund was attacked by another dog. The week brought us traveling through different vets for follow up care. Thetis was our last stop before heading home as our girl was seeping too much and the stitches were coming apart and ended in a second surgery to put in another drain and restitch everything inside & out. This clinic went above & beyond to help us and get us in when 6 other vets couldn't. They walked us through the after care, and showed genuine care and concern. Thank you from Abby. Excellent client service; they got our dog in quickly when we called about a wound on his back - unlike our regular vet clinic which we contacted twice. Dr Rolfe accurately diagnosed the problem and provided care and treatment right away. We are pleased to have him as our new vet. Read Less

Very disappointed in (mostly) the pricing of this clinic. Neutering was about 40% more than another vet, and medication was 50% higher than Juan de Fuca in Colwood. Undiscussed charges on our bill. Otherwise capable and efficient animal clinic. Read Less

I would never recommend this vet to ANYBODY. I took my newly adopted dog there to get her shots and that all went well because it was such a simple check up that what could really go wrong? But then, when I noticed she had been leaking pee after going to the bathroom I knew something was wrong. I took her to the vet (thetis vet) and I assumed standard procedure would be to do a bladder test. But no? She told me to give her estregen pills. So after 2 weeks of this not working I tried to get into the vet to see if she could do a bladder test because thats pretty common knowledge. But its impossible to get into this vet if there is a fairly urgent matter. So Ive switched vets to Glenview which is AMAZING! Highly recommeneded. Also don't ever try to return anything here, I brought back advantage flea medication and I was told she couldn't do cash refund and I would receive a cheque in the mail within two weeks. 1 month 14 days later. STILL NO REFUND. I have phoned, been in, and the lady just says "her manager" is handling it. She won't give me the phone number to her manager even though I've asked for it.  Such poor customer service. The lady at the front desk will say she will phone me back and she never does. I would not recommend this vet to anyone for anything. If anything I would suggest people to stay far away from this vet. Read Less
