What an emotional couple of days... We cannot thank Dr Oz and his team at Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital enough for saving our baby Rubble. The quality of care, love and professionalism they gave to Rubble and our family is something we will always be greatful for. The team at Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital acted quickly in a critical time as our 12 week old baby Rubble managed to injest a tac. Thankfully they were able to remove the tac and our baby is now home relaxing and on the path to recovery! I would also like to give huge huge huge thanks to Dr Oz himself who stayed overnight at the clinic with our baby to make sure he was safe and comfortable. So much gratitude, it warms my heart knowing there are such amazing people looking after all of our fur babies!!!🤗❣️ Highly highly recommend Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital!🙏

A big Thank-you to Dr.Oz and all his staff at Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital. I cannot say enough about their care and professionalism . Recently one of my Kittens became ill including an extremely high fever. Dr.Oz answered all my questions making sure I knew exactly what was going on and laid out a decisive plan on how to help my Fur baby . This helped to relieve me of a lot of the anxiety I was feeling . Very pleased to report that after a short stay at the Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital his plan worked and my Kitten is healthy and happy again. Thank-you so much Dr.Oz your Veterinary skills and your obvious love of animals shows through ! I used to love this place. The staff is still very friendly but my last two experiences make me never want to come back. I brought in my pet who was throwing up, had diarrhea and not eating and was clearly sick. I came home with some medication after the vet visit costed me over $600. A few days later my pet starting shaking it’s head and twitching it’s ears and a few weeks after we noticed an outrageous amount of ear mites in his ears. He is indoor only therefore couldn’t have gotten them anywhere else. He never had them before either. I took him back to the vet then with his ear mites. I first called and asked to get a quote on how much it would be approximately because I couldn’t afford another super expensive visit. They told me it’ll be roughly $140 including two doses of the medication, ear washing and the visit. I went and it turned out they never even cleaned his ears-they were as dirty as they were before I went there but I was charged over $200. I once again came home with medication but still am struggling to overcome the ear mites my pet got here. I also called other vet places and there rates were much cheaper, so if you don’t want to overpay I recommend a different vet. I know my pet isn’t coming here again.

I was struggling to get our cocker spaniel puppy into our regular vet and ended up calling Dr. Oz, and I'm so glad I did. I thought our pup simply had an ear infection, but had no idea how bad it was. Dr. Oz suspected spear grass got into his ear cannel and rupture his ear drum, but he couldn't see the spear grass.. He cleared his entire schedule and asked staff to stay late so that they could investigate further. They put our puppy asleep to get into his ears and sure enough, they pulled out the grass and found his ear drum was partially ruptured. I was so impressed that Dr. Oz new what it was right away, and he was so kind to make our puppy a priority! Since then, Dr. Oz has personally been calling to follow up and see how Henry's doing. We are so happy with the level of service and care both him and his team provided. I know the staff have been great with Henry because he's not scared to see them or go back through the vet door, he actually seems excited to see the ladies at intake! Definitely going back to Dr. Oz next time and would highly recommend him to anyone needing help.

Very disappointed with this place after being misquoted on two separate occasions. Both times we showed up and were charged substantially more than what I was told on the phone. The first time we were there, Dr Oz upsold us on a medication to a more expensive one in the midst of puppy chaos so we didn't feel like we had much choice. Should have put our foot down and never came back. Next time was charged more than quoted on deworming pills after shots were given. Very frustrating and will never be back.

I am a first time dog owner and my baby Chase has taught me a lot in the first year of his life. Three weeks ago a freak accident occurred in my backyard that caused my puppy Chase to break his wrist. It happened on a Sunday and I had friends who told me to drive all the way out to Lake Country to the emergency vet...but all I wanted was our family vet. I called Dr. Oz he came in on his ONE day off and did everything he had to do to make Chase feel comfortable while we had to wait a couple of days for the Ortho surgeon. He organized everything, he got the X-rays so fast, and he did everything he could to keep the vet bills as low as possible because well...it was about to be a long journey ahead for us.
For the next year Chase will be going through extensive rehab from a terrible wrist fracture and I couldn't have stayed confident and strong through these first 3 weeks without the support of Dr. Oz and his team. He made sure to explain everything throughout that we needed to prepare for, he gave me the space to cry when I needed to push through the hard emotions of seeing my puppy hurting, and he stayed over night to make sure Chase was okay post surgery for no charge! Did I mention he called me almost every day after the accident to check in to make sure Chase was okay?!
Dr. Oz cares about his patients more than any other vet I have ever met and his generosity and kindness just radiates when you are around him. I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for all of his support and understanding through this very emotionally challenging time! He has an AMAZING team who keeps the energy positive even when sometimes the emotions are overwhelming. The front waiting area is always full of joy and laughter no matter what. I would recommend Dr. Oz a million times over. Thank you Thank you Thank you! ♥️ 🐕

"I won't charge you for my time", seems to be his go-to phrase for all his clients. Dr. Oz consistenly claims to offer you a discount, but I have never seen such inflated prices in my life. I went there once to get my pup's annual shots and instead, it turned into this serious exam about my dog's limp. My dog had cruciate surgery a year prior. Dr. Oz tried to tell me the surgeon did a bad job and it needed to be redone. I was charged $700 for simple x-rays (that was after his special "deal").... On top of that was a $100 "referral fee" to see a specialist which I did not ask for (I believe the specialist is actually his wife). I never did get his shots after all that!

This is by far one of the best vets I have had the pleasure of taking my pup to. My pup is a very nervous, older rescue dog, so naturally I feel nervous myself when taking her to vets. Dr Oz. is fantastic- as is the rest of the staff. They are very gentle and understanding with Bugs (my fur baby.) They do not overcharge for anything not needed. In fact, they are the most reasonably priced vet I found since I moved from Edmonton. Let me be clear- my dog was heavily abused in the puppy mill shelter she was found at. I will NOT leave her with anyone who does not treat her with an insane amount of kindness. There is no doubt in my mind that she is taken care of when she stays at Rose Valley. I know whether she has been in a stressful or painful situation, as she physically shows it. She leaves this vet as happy as she went in.Services have been quality, and as promised. I will not go anywhere else for animal care.

We brought our dachshund to see Dr. Oz for a tooth infection after visiting the Hospital with my daughter's preschool class and being very impressed by the staff and operations. Although we were happy clients of another West Kelowna clinic, we wanted to give Dr. Oz a chance, especially after the quick and compassionate responses we recieved during our inquiry. It turned out to be the best choice we could have made for our doxie. Not only did they take amazing care of him, but they went above and beyond through the whole process. I felt comfortable and confident the whole time that he was in the best hands. They have earned lifetime clients out of us, and I'd recommend Dr. Oz to any pet owner. Honest, compassionate, competent care. Thank you!

We will not be trusting our dog to any Vet other than Dr Oz and his team, they really do care about your beloved animal no matter how small. He has cared for our senior cat for some years now, with great sensitivity, and has also provided care for a relatives' dog visiting from out of town. Dr Oz and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and create a warm and caring environment. Dr. Oz also seems tireless, making follow-up phone calls about our cat on the weekend, after having just finished up from an emergency call-in for someone else's pet. You will not find better care for your furry loved ones than Rose Valley Vet Hospital.

He overcharged for unnecessary tests and procedures. While our pet was inside the vet clinic Dr. Oz or an inexperienced vet aid injured him. Our pet had a random large deep gash wound. We discovered this in horror at home. Rose Valley would no doubt deny this happened in their clinic. They certainly did not admit to this horrendous malpractice. He had no injuries before the vet and nothing happened between picking him up and later finding the gash. His scar is still visible and the fur has not grown back. This was extremely cruel malpractice. There is no genuine compassion or professional treatment at Rose Valley. No matter how much gullible praise there is it does not discount hurting pets or allowing this to be ignored. Malpractice, negligence, misconduct and cruelty should be completely irrevocably unacceptable.

There arent enough stars to review Dr. Oz, his staff and the clinic properly! 5 stars is a start, but try to imagine a desert night sky filled with stars, and thats more like it. We were there three days in a row this week, driving from Penticton. Thats how great they are, they are worth the drive, every day if necessary. I knew from the first meeting that my cat was getting a different level of care, and the love they have for animals and owners is apparent from the minute you walk through the door. It was unfortunate circumstances that brought us to the Rose clinic initially, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our cat is home and recovering from surgery, and probably more comfortable that shes been in a month. Thank you Dr. Oz and staff!! Much love to you all.

The care and attention that we have received here is second to none. Our puppy's breeder has been coming here, and after our little Flynn had some very serious health problems at 7 weeks, he was entrusted to Dr. Oz and his team. This is not just a veterinary hospital, these are people that eat, sleep, and breathe superior animal care, and genuine concern for you as a person, not as a wallet. I have been with my vet for over 20 years, and to have me move my business to Dr. Oz, says a lot. This man and his team provide excellent care, and heart felt concern for you and your beloved pet. If there was a button for 7 stars, I would have pressed it. Bring your furry family member here, you will be well looked after.

A love of animals is evident and appreciated! One of our dogs suddenly fell ill and we did not know what was wrong. Dr. Oz and the clinic helped out by getting us in to look at our dog immediately (even after another clinic that was closer to us turned us away). The day we found Dr. Ox at Rose Valley Veterinary Services was the day a higher power was guiding us. He was through, attentive, and incredibly empathic. His staff emulate all of these qualities. Dr. Oz was incredible helpful with our 11 yr Boxer, Alli, while guiding us and answering all our questions even the ones we probably asked repeatedly until the day came on July 14, 2016 just one month before she turned 12 for us to let her go. It was the toughest day of our lives and everyone was so supportive, even calling to enquirering how we were doing a few days later. Thank you Dr. Oz and please express how thanks and gratitude to all of your staff. We will never forget.

My first experience with Dr. Oz was a major surgery for my beloved pet. Dr. Oz was beyond accommodating and reassuring. He never hesitated to tell me to call him if I ever needed anything. Cut to a few days after the surgery, any my little dog was so swollen I got concerned and called after hours. Dr. Oz got back to me immediately, and even made a 45 minute trip from out of town to here to do a check up! He, and his staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I don't have enough words for how caring and genuine he is. BEST. VET. EVER. I highly recommend Rose Valley!

First of all they gave my dog the wrong prescription. then, when my dog needed surgery to clean her teeth, dr oz told me that my dog "would probably die on the table". (she was 13). i took her to my regular vet and the surgery went fine no problems. he told us he wouldn't charge us for his time for that surgery, but the vet we ended up going to was CHEAPER including the vets time!!!! the receptionists were just rude. the vet is just blunt and didn't seem to care about my dog at all. will not be going back here and will never recommend it

I recently had to put my dog whom I had for 12.5 years from the age of 8 weeks old down. Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital and the entire staff there were absolutely incredible. The care, love, time and support shown to my dog and myself will stay with me for as long as I remember him and I can not thank the staff there enough. It was the hardest day I can remember and I couldn't imagine people putting more effort into supporting me who do not know me personally.

I went to Rose Valley on the recommenation of people in my neighbourhood. My cat needed to see a vet before we moved out of the country in order to fill out a government health form.
I arrived for my scheduled appointment and they took my cat and called me in a couple minutes later. I haven't met many animals that like going to the vet, and mine is no exception. She was in her carrier terrified, and the vet told me that it was "difficult" to examine her because she was mad. Ok fine. As we move on to the form is when the experience turned very sour. He looked at the form and convinced me that he cannot fill it out, despite the people aiding in my kitty's move telling me that it is fine (as well as instructions from the Ministry of Animals in the country we are going to telling me this as well). Dr. Oz told me that he has apparently never filled out a form without being the vet who administers the vaccines (even though the form has to be done 10 days prior to departure, and a lot of people may be unable to see their regular vet during this interval when moving abroad). He told me to contact the company moving her and come back if I needed.
I contacted and sure enough, I was told that yes, he can and must fill out the form (and yet, he told me that he absolutely could not). I called and made another appointment for the form and was reassured that I would not have to pay any more fees as I had already paid the day prior when I initially brought her in for the form. I arrive. Dr. Oz does not even come to speak to me. The forms are taken, returned and signed, and yet I was forced to pay yet again. I am under the impression that he asked me to return because there was nothing wrong with my cat, and therefore could not profit off of any medications or extra treatment, so he wanted more $ for the form. I was disappointed with my interaction with Dr. Oz, and after I left for the second time I felt played, especially since I was reassured I wouldn't have to pay any more money.
I won't be recommending this hospital to anyone. After reading reviews, it seems like he only enjoys taking care of patients who require their owners to dish out a large sum of money.

I took my dog it to be checked for an upcoming move. The staff I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and generous with their time. The vet, however, was the complete opposite. He gave our dog a rabies shot without a problem but when I asked questions regarding further shots or tests, he only advised me to seek professional that handle moving pets, or the embassy. When I presented the government website with the information pertaining to importing pets, it was met with a sigh, and seemed to be a big inconvenience for him to review. Not a good experience.

We had an emergency with our little chihuahua shitzu Zoe, they immediately took us in and were professional, kind and experienced. Zoe was in a lot of pain as her anal glands ruptured internally, Dr. Oz performed surgery and helped us out with every aspect including follow up appts to ensure she healed, which she did in remarkable time. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to send friends and family - Thoughtful, professional, generous and experienced makes them a 10/10!

This clinic is absolutely wonderful! The staff are caring and compassionate. Before I picked up my puppy, I went to different Vet clinics in the area to meet the Vets and see the clinic and staff. Dr Oz blew me away with his love for the animals and for his job. He had me sold. This was the best decision I could have made. Even though my puppy is only 6 months old, we have unfortunately required quite a few vet visits. My puppy was bit by another dog at a dog park in town. Dr Oz stayed late on New Years Eve to stitch up my puppy. We are forever grateful for his kind compassionate heart. He took great care mending my puppy and has given many follow up visits after both of his surgeries, free of charge, to ensure my puppy is recovering well. He has made it very clear that we can contact him at any point if we have any questions. He is always on call. I couldn't ask for a greater Vet. Not to mention my puppy absolutely loves him!

What an emotional couple of days... We cannot thank Dr Oz and his team at Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital enough for saving our baby Rubble. The quality of care, love and professionalism they gave to Rubble and our family is something we will always be greatful for. The team at Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital acted quickly in a critical time as our 12 week old baby Rubble managed to injest a tac. Thankfully they were able to remove the tac and our baby is now home relaxing and on the path to recovery! I would also like to give huge huge huge thanks to Dr Oz himself who stayed overnight at the clinic with our baby to make sure he was safe and comfortable. So much gratitude, it warms my heart knowing there are such amazing people looking after all of our fur babies!!!🤗❣️ Highly highly recommend Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital!🙏

A big Thank-you to Dr.Oz and all his staff at Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital. I cannot say enough about their care and professionalism . Recently one of my Kittens became ill including an extremely high fever. Dr.Oz answered all my questions making sure I knew exactly what was going on and laid out a decisive plan on how to help my Fur baby . This helped to relieve me of a lot of the anxiety I was feeling . Very pleased to report that after a short stay at the Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital his plan worked and my Kitten is healthy and happy again. Thank-you so much Dr.Oz your Veterinary skills and your obvious love of animals shows through ! I used to love this place. The staff is still very friendly but my last two experiences make me never want to come back. I brought in my pet who was throwing up, had diarrhea and not eating and was clearly sick. I came home with some medication after the vet visit costed me over $600. A few days later my pet starting shaking it’s head and twitching it’s ears and a few weeks after we noticed an outrageous amount of ear mites in his ears. He is indoor only therefore couldn’t have gotten them anywhere else. He never had them before either. I took him back to the vet then with his ear mites. I first called and asked to get a quote on how much it would be approximately because I couldn’t afford another super expensive visit. They told me it’ll be roughly $140 including two doses of the medication, ear washing and the visit. I went and it turned out they never even cleaned his ears-they were as dirty as they were before I went there but I was charged over $200. I once again came home with medication but still am struggling to overcome the ear mites my pet got here. I also called other vet places and there rates were much cheaper, so if you don’t want to overpay I recommend a different vet. I know my pet isn’t coming here again.

I was struggling to get our cocker spaniel puppy into our regular vet and ended up calling Dr. Oz, and I'm so glad I did. I thought our pup simply had an ear infection, but had no idea how bad it was. Dr. Oz suspected spear grass got into his ear cannel and rupture his ear drum, but he couldn't see the spear grass.. He cleared his entire schedule and asked staff to stay late so that they could investigate further. They put our puppy asleep to get into his ears and sure enough, they pulled out the grass and found his ear drum was partially ruptured. I was so impressed that Dr. Oz new what it was right away, and he was so kind to make our puppy a priority! Since then, Dr. Oz has personally been calling to follow up and see how Henry's doing. We are so happy with the level of service and care both him and his team provided. I know the staff have been great with Henry because he's not scared to see them or go back through the vet door, he actually seems excited to see the ladies at intake! Definitely going back to Dr. Oz next time and would highly recommend him to anyone needing help.

Very disappointed with this place after being misquoted on two separate occasions. Both times we showed up and were charged substantially more than what I was told on the phone. The first time we were there, Dr Oz upsold us on a medication to a more expensive one in the midst of puppy chaos so we didn't feel like we had much choice. Should have put our foot down and never came back. Next time was charged more than quoted on deworming pills after shots were given. Very frustrating and will never be back.

I am a first time dog owner and my baby Chase has taught me a lot in the first year of his life. Three weeks ago a freak accident occurred in my backyard that caused my puppy Chase to break his wrist. It happened on a Sunday and I had friends who told me to drive all the way out to Lake Country to the emergency vet...but all I wanted was our family vet. I called Dr. Oz he came in on his ONE day off and did everything he had to do to make Chase feel comfortable while we had to wait a couple of days for the Ortho surgeon. He organized everything, he got the X-rays so fast, and he did everything he could to keep the vet bills as low as possible because well...it was about to be a long journey ahead for us.
For the next year Chase will be going through extensive rehab from a terrible wrist fracture and I couldn't have stayed confident and strong through these first 3 weeks without the support of Dr. Oz and his team. He made sure to explain everything throughout that we needed to prepare for, he gave me the space to cry when I needed to push through the hard emotions of seeing my puppy hurting, and he stayed over night to make sure Chase was okay post surgery for no charge! Did I mention he called me almost every day after the accident to check in to make sure Chase was okay?!
Dr. Oz cares about his patients more than any other vet I have ever met and his generosity and kindness just radiates when you are around him. I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for all of his support and understanding through this very emotionally challenging time! He has an AMAZING team who keeps the energy positive even when sometimes the emotions are overwhelming. The front waiting area is always full of joy and laughter no matter what. I would recommend Dr. Oz a million times over. Thank you Thank you Thank you! ♥️ 🐕

"I won't charge you for my time", seems to be his go-to phrase for all his clients. Dr. Oz consistenly claims to offer you a discount, but I have never seen such inflated prices in my life. I went there once to get my pup's annual shots and instead, it turned into this serious exam about my dog's limp. My dog had cruciate surgery a year prior. Dr. Oz tried to tell me the surgeon did a bad job and it needed to be redone. I was charged $700 for simple x-rays (that was after his special "deal").... On top of that was a $100 "referral fee" to see a specialist which I did not ask for (I believe the specialist is actually his wife). I never did get his shots after all that!

This is by far one of the best vets I have had the pleasure of taking my pup to. My pup is a very nervous, older rescue dog, so naturally I feel nervous myself when taking her to vets. Dr Oz. is fantastic- as is the rest of the staff. They are very gentle and understanding with Bugs (my fur baby.) They do not overcharge for anything not needed. In fact, they are the most reasonably priced vet I found since I moved from Edmonton. Let me be clear- my dog was heavily abused in the puppy mill shelter she was found at. I will NOT leave her with anyone who does not treat her with an insane amount of kindness. There is no doubt in my mind that she is taken care of when she stays at Rose Valley. I know whether she has been in a stressful or painful situation, as she physically shows it. She leaves this vet as happy as she went in.Services have been quality, and as promised. I will not go anywhere else for animal care.

We brought our dachshund to see Dr. Oz for a tooth infection after visiting the Hospital with my daughter's preschool class and being very impressed by the staff and operations. Although we were happy clients of another West Kelowna clinic, we wanted to give Dr. Oz a chance, especially after the quick and compassionate responses we recieved during our inquiry. It turned out to be the best choice we could have made for our doxie. Not only did they take amazing care of him, but they went above and beyond through the whole process. I felt comfortable and confident the whole time that he was in the best hands. They have earned lifetime clients out of us, and I'd recommend Dr. Oz to any pet owner. Honest, compassionate, competent care. Thank you!

We will not be trusting our dog to any Vet other than Dr Oz and his team, they really do care about your beloved animal no matter how small. He made my wife feel very comfortable during the entire process and after and told her to call at anytime if she needs an ear.

I would like thank Dr. Oz and his amazing staff! Very welcoming atmosphere and kind, helpful staff. Dr. Oz was understanding, gentle yet thorough, making a stressful time more bearable and was thankfully able to figure out what was going on with my pup. I am beyond grateful for what the Rose Valley Veterinary clinic (Dr.Oz) has done for my little girl and myself. Dr. Oz has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and we feel lucky to take our pets to him. He has cared for our senior cat for some years now, with great sensitivity, and has also provided care for a relatives' dog visiting from out of town. Dr Oz and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and create a warm and caring environment. Dr. Oz also seems tireless, making follow-up phone calls about our cat on the weekend, after having just finished up from an emergency call-in for someone else's pet. You will not find better care for your furry loved ones than Rose Valley Vet Hospital.

WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO ROSE VALLEY VET CLINIC. They hurt our pet in the clinic and did not tell us. Dr. Oz was manipulative and took advantage of our sick pet. He overcharged for unnecessary tests and procedures. While our pet was inside the vet clinic Dr. Oz or an inexperienced vet aid injured him. Our pet had a random large deep gash wound. We discovered this in horror at home. Rose Valley would no doubt deny this happened in their clinic. They certainly did not admit to this horrendous malpractice. He had no injuries before the vet and nothing happened between picking him up and later finding the gash. His scar is still visible and the fur has not grown back. This was extremely cruel malpractice. There is no genuine compassion or professional treatment at Rose Valley. No matter how much gullible praise there is it does not discount hurting pets or allowing this to be ignored. Malpractice, negligence, misconduct and cruelty should be completely irrevocably unacceptable.

There arent enough stars to review Dr. Oz, his staff and the clinic properly! 5 stars is a start, but try to imagine a desert night sky filled with stars, and thats more like it. We were there three days in a row this week, driving from Penticton. Thats how great they are, they are worth the drive, every day if necessary. I knew from the first meeting that my cat was getting a different level of care, and the love they have for animals and owners is apparent from the minute you walk through the door. It was unfortunate circumstances that brought us to the Rose clinic initially, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our cat is home and recovering from surgery, and probably more comfortable that shes been in a month. Thank you Dr. Oz and staff!! Much love to you all.

The care and attention that we have received here is second to none. Our puppy's breeder has been coming here, and after our little Flynn had some very serious health problems at 7 weeks, he was entrusted to Dr. Oz and his team. This is not just a veterinary hospital, these are people that eat, sleep, and breathe superior animal care, and genuine concern for you as a person, not as a wallet. I have been with my vet for over 20 years, and to have me move my business to Dr. Oz, says a lot. This man and his team provide excellent care, and heart felt concern for you and your beloved pet. If there was a button for 7 stars, I would have pressed it. Bring your furry family member here, you will be well looked after.

A love of animals is evident and appreciated! One of our dogs suddenly fell ill and we did not know what was wrong. Dr. Oz and the clinic helped out by getting us in to look at our dog immediately (even after another clinic that was closer to us turned us away). We are so thankful for all that the clinic has done for our family! There is a feeling of care by the staff that is important to anyone with a member of their family who needs help like our dog did.

The day we found Dr. Ox at Rose Valley Veterinary Services was the day a higher power was guiding us. He was through, attentive, and incredibly empathic. His staff emulate all of these qualities. Dr. Oz was incredible helpful with our 11 yr Boxer, Alli, while guiding us and answering all our questions even the ones we probably asked repeatedly until the day came on July 14, 2016 just one month before she turned 12 for us to let her go. It was the toughest day of our lives and everyone was so supportive, even calling to enquirering how we were doing a few days later. Thank you Dr. Oz and please express how thanks and gratitude to all of your staff. We will never forget.

My first experience with Dr. Oz was a major surgery for my beloved pet. Dr. Oz was beyond accommodating and reassuring. He never hesitated to tell me to call him if I ever needed anything. Cut to a few days after the surgery, any my little dog was so swollen I got concerned and called after hours. Dr. Oz got back to me immediately, and even made a 45 minute trip from out of town to here to do a check up! He, and his staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I don't have enough words for how caring and genuine he is. BEST. VET. EVER. I highly recommend Rose Valley!

(she was 13). i took her to my regular vet and the surgery went fine no problems. he told us he wouldn't charge us for his time for that surgery, but the vet we ended up going to was CHEAPER including the vets time!!!! the receptionists were just rude. the vet is just blunt and didn't seem to care about my dog at all. will not be going back here and will never recommend it

I recently had to put my dog whom I had for 12.5 years from the age of 8 weeks old down. Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital and the entire staff there were absolutely incredible. The care, love, time and support shown to my dog and myself will stay with me for as long as I remember him and I can not thank the staff there enough. It was the hardest day I can remember and I couldn't imagine people putting more effort into supporting me who do not know me personally.

I went to Rose Valley on the recommenation of people in my neighbourhood. My cat needed to see a vet before we moved out of the country in order to fill out a government health form.
I arrived for my scheduled appointment and they took my cat and called me in a couple minutes later. I haven't met many animals that like going to the vet, and mine is no exception. She was in her carrier terrified, and the vet told me that it was "difficult" to examine her because she was mad. Ok fine. As we move on to the form is when the experience turned very sour. He looked at the form and convinced me that he cannot fill it out, despite the people aiding in my kitty's move telling me that it is fine (as well as instructions from the Ministry of Animals in the country we are going to telling me this as well). Dr. Oz told me that he has apparently never filled out a form without being the vet who administers the vaccines (even though the form has to be done 10 days prior to departure, and a lot of people may be unable to see their regular vet during this interval when moving abroad). He told me to contact the company moving her and come back if I needed.
I contacted and sure enough, I was told that yes, he can and must fill out the form (and yet, he told me that he absolutely could not). I called and made another appointment for the form and was reassured that I would not have to pay any more fees as I had already paid the day prior when I initially brought her in for the form. I arrive. Dr. Oz does not even come to speak to me. The forms are taken, returned and signed, and yet I was forced to pay yet again. I am under the impression that he asked me to return because there was nothing wrong with my cat, and therefore could not profit off of any medications or extra treatment, so he wanted more $ for the form. I was disappointed with my interaction with Dr. Oz, and after I left for the second time I felt played, especially since I was reassured I wouldn't have to pay any more money.
I won't be recommending this hospital to anyone. After reading reviews, it seems like he only enjoys taking care of patients who require their owners to dish out a large sum of money.

I took my dog it to be checked for an upcoming move. The staff I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and generous with their time. The vet, however, was the complete opposite. He gave our dog a rabies shot without a problem but when I asked questions regarding further shots or tests, he only advised me to seek professional that handle moving pets, or the embassy. When I presented the government website with the information pertaining to importing pets, it was met with a sigh, and seemed to be a big inconvenience for him to review. Not a good experience.

We had an emergency with our little chihuahua shitzu Zoe, they immediately took us in and were professional, kind and experienced. Zoe was in a lot of pain as her anal glands ruptured internally, Dr. Oz performed surgery and helped us out with every aspect including follow up appts to ensure she healed, which she did in remarkable time. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to send friends and family - Thoughtful, professional, generous and experienced makes them a 10/10!

This clinic is absolutely wonderful! The staff are caring and compassionate. Before I picked up my puppy, I went to different Vet clinics in the area to meet the Vets and see the clinic and staff. Dr Oz blew me away with his love for the animals and for his job. He had me sold. This was the best decision I could have made. Even though my puppy is only 6 months old, we have unfortunately required quite a few vet visits. My puppy was bit by another dog at a dog park in town. Dr Oz stayed late on New Years Eve to stitch up my puppy. We are forever grateful for his kind compassionate heart. He took great care mending my puppy and has given many follow up visits after both of his surgeries, free of charge, to ensure my puppy is recovering well. He has made it very clear that we can contact him at any point if we have any questions. He is always on call. I couldn't ask for a greater Vet. Not to mention my puppy absolutely loves him!
