I was prepared to pay for surgery and to my surprise, the vet said it wasn't necessary.
To me this shows the true ...
My dog is my life and when not feeling well, I would do all I can for his comfort.
I was prepared to pay for surgery and to my surprise, the vet said it wasn't necessary.
To me this shows the true character of the hospital. Instead of using my emotions to make money. The vet honestly told me it was an unecessary procedure.
I will be forever grateful for the honestly shown to me and my dog.

Incredibly disappointed with Taryn Cass.
She completely failed to give my dog a proper examination, resulting in 4 days of severe suffering and potential fatality.

She completely failed to give my dog a proper examination, resulting in 4 days of severe suffering and potential fatality.
She didn't even do the very basics such as heart rate check and feeling the animal over for any abnormalities.
Would highly discourage anyone from using her as a vet. Not sure about the other vets in this clinic but I opted to take my dog to Pawsitive vet on Sutherland and was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and affordability of that clinic. They offer both conventional and holistic approach and the Vet (Dr. Moira) there is phenomenal.

We had two pets who were very old, and had been seeing Dr. Robertson at the Westbank Animal Care Hospital and he is one of the best veterinarians in the 40 years we've had pets. I would highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for compassionate, caring and reasonable veterinarians who are willing to "not" go to extra ordinary measures to keep your pet alive...if it is their time to get and they are very old. Everyone at this Clinic has been extremely supportive and now we're on a new road with a new toddler kitten. We look forward to many more years of exceptional service. Thank you for all that you do!

I recently moved to Kelowna and didn't have a vet here yet. I brought my black lab, Nitro, for a check up on his ears. They were all amazing with him as he is usually afraid of strangers. I felt very comfortable with him there and they checked his teeth too. Nothing was pressured on me to buy which is very rare for a vet office, and I love the extended hours. I will be recommending Westbank Animal Care Hospital to everyone. Thank you again!
