We had two pets who were very old, and had been seeing Dr. Robertson at the Westbank Animal Care Hospital and he is one of the best veterinarians in the 40 years we've had pets. I would highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for compassionate, caring and reasonable veterinarians who are willing to "not" go to extra ordinary measures to keep your pet alive...if it is their time to get and they are very old. Everyone at this Clinic has been extremely supportive and now we're on a new road with a new toddler kitten. We look forward to many more years of exceptional service. Thank you for all that you do! I recently moved to Kelowna and didn't have a vet here yet. I brought my black lab, Nitro, for a check up on his ears. They were all amazing with him as he is usually afraid of strangers. I felt very comfortable with him there and they checked his teeth too. Nothing was pressured on me to buy which is very rare for a vet office, and I love the extended hours.
