Ross is the best. I have been all over BC and this is the first vet i would see first for any reason. Will be 5.5 years knowing this vet clinic since this post. Very professional with a warm heart. Treats your animals like they are their own. Would travel from anyplace in the province (if time allowed for my pet companion) to see these outstanding vets.

I have an aging dog, shes 17, it came time to have her put to sleep, I phoned and asked how much to put her to sleep at home, they were too busy to accommodate my request . They simply said 6-8 months...
I have an aging dog, shes 17, it came time to have her put to sleep, I phoned and asked how much to put her to sleep at home, they were too busy to accommodate my request . They simply said 6-8 months , spring or fall only. after dealing with this company 39 Years its time to deal with Animal Care Hospital and 3 day wait

We had a good experience with the vets and staff. Friendly, courteous and helpful, every procedure that our cat was to undergo was explained and our questions answered.

Compassion beyond everything else I have ever experienced. They saved my dog's life, she is doing fine now. I take all my animals there. It is 120 km one way, but worth everything. Staff and Vets are ...
Compassion beyond everything else I have ever experienced. They saved my dog's life, she is doing fine now. I take all my animals there. It is 120 km one way, but worth everything. Staff and Vets are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic. And prices are lower than in the local clinic. Just sayin'.

Understood my needs and looked after my pet. Everyone was very friendly and the vet was knowledgeable. The wait time was minimal and the clinic was clean.
