Despite being a patient there for over a decade, when my cat needed emergency care we were told it's been too long since you've been here, so he is no longer a patient. Potential life threatening issue, and they don't give a damn. Not hard to avoid, as I recommend, since they won't take your pet anyway.

I took my dog in to get vaccinated and informed them he was on antibiotics when I was making the appointment so I took him to his appointment and they told me I would have to wait till he was done his antibiotics to get vaccinated so they charged me for a examination fee of $75 and said that when I bring him in a week’s time I would only have a pay for the shots. I had to work the day of his new appointment so I got my mom to take him for me and so told them I was only to pay for the shots and not a examination because I paid for that the last time and they told her that I would have to pay for a reexamination fee plus the shots so they charged me another $75 so I payed $150 for one vaccine shot and my mom and I got lied to every step of the way I will never go to this place again and I would suggest you do the same

We had a very sick little dog that was at her end. We called emergency number and meet on call doctor. He was aweful just wanted to get it done as fast as possible had no compassion at all. Tried to put needle in both front legs couldn’t get a vein so called a tech to help him. Took our dog away from us said he had to do this in the back. Was gone so long I ran to find my dog ina kennel in the back and doctor coming threw door. Grabbed my dog told him he’ll never touch my !$&@‘g dog and ran out front door. Had another vet euthanize our beloved girl with a sensitive first and peacefullly in our arms at home. Our reg doctor called 2 weeks later to chastise me for swearing at his colleague-wow-that’s what he saw wrong in this situation. Only care about money not the poor little dog. Once they can’t make money off you they don’t care. Beware.

Great place for my furry buddie but you can never get a price.. I mean you call 3 times and talk to 3 different ppl and always get 3 different answers.. also the one girl Sherri, I believe is her name is not a friendly person most of the time. She gives ppl the feeling that your just annoying her.. I avoid her all the time.

We had just moved to Brandon and chose GVAC to be the veterinarians for our 2 year old Labrador Callie. That summer, Callie developed a very rare bacterial infection that threatened her life. She was admitted on the weekend and Dr. Sempers and Dr. Gray did everything they could to determine the cause. After a week in intensive care, our little miracle puppy came home. It was amazing they were able to determine the cause of her illness as there had not been any documented cases of that particular infection in Canada. Not only did they show Callie a great degree of care and compassion but they were also a shoulder for us to cry on. They were pulling for our dog like she was their very own. I will never forget what they did for Callie and for us and will remain a client for life!!
